Note to Numy: I'm actually going to make a poll about this in SC2 general. Pop on by and we can have a discussion about it! :D

Happy to see White-Ra win, but those games were pretty disappointing. Oh well.

Would you 6 pool a terran who gets two command centers before a barracks? You need to punish him or you fall behind. And I know that's a slight exaduration, but in all games TLO was teching very fast, which made him vulnerable to harass based play, as well as all-ins, and White-ra didn't even do any all-ins. Last game he had a probe advantage before he attacked.

@TLO I'm not sure random is the right way to go when it comes to competitive play.

what 'd you suggest, to pick P vs P? based on series that's what it looked like it takes to win

Well it could have been a good solution. I don't have enough data on TLO's Protoss, but from what I saw he seemed confident in PvP games. His micro and decision making really shined in this matchup in my opinion.

I doubt there is any player at all who is confident in PvP lol

What would happen in case White-Ra won the next EU TL Open too? Would the second place get the auto-qualification for the TSL since he's already in?

Dissapointing series, 1 base pushes ending in a gg in less than 15min every game.

Well played white-ra though!

What the....the drop and counter-game drop on scrap station was amazing, I was 100% sure whitera was dead after the drop from TLO. Also the phoenixes vs stalkers was awsome to watch. I definitely prefer this to a "mass-marauders vs gateway/colossi 20 minutes no rush" game.

I guess we will have to agree to disagree then!

Um... he got 1 game away from winning the entire tournament and has been playing pretty darn good of late as random.

I could understand you saying that if he like lost in the 2nd round, but how can you justify making that type of comment to a guy that was in game 5 of the a highly competitive tournament's finals?

It feels like TLO's strength and weakness is his superaggressive play (especially with Terran). Completely crushes players who aren't well prepared for it, but usually ends up digging a grave for himself when they are.

You cant enter a qualifier after winning one IIRC because you are through already.
