All I can say is good luck VT. You're gonna need it.
This is going to be a rape.
How come Ret/HuK doesn't play Spades so there's no complaint of lag?
Liquid should take this one easily.

I'll personally be making my VT posters and waving them around at the computer during the stream. I love the VT guys too. i even wrote about them in my blog, they are that amazing. VT derserves the win more than any team out there since the players are some of the best mannered players out there.

Great MUs for VT imo.
Ret in his worst MU and Tyler in a toss up MU.

I have a feeling this will be a roflstomp by Liquid. We'll have to see I guess. XD
I predict 3-1 ( most likely 4-0) in favor of Liquid.
well ret did hundreds of zvz with idra to help him so i doubt he hasn't improved in that sense.
It is still a dodgy matchup though.
liquid has this. glhf both!

Picked 3-1 in favor of TL. (looky beats Ret)
Holy, how did Ret hold that? O_o... I would have GG'ed, then I see he's 20 supply ahead lol

You were saying? ^^. Love rets zvz build :D

That was beautiful by Ret. The defense and then the extremely patient attack.

I hate you...

Ret played that well. Sad that first attack with the banelings didn't go better. WP though. Fun ZvZ.

What is the current score?

PvP is such a tossup compared to other matchups... Tyler could lose even though I think he's far better.

Tyler vs FuturePvP starting now on JB!
OP not updated and no overlay on the stream me no likey
I'm really hoping I can see TLO random as protoss, he's fun to watch.

Quick update: Both players went 4 warpgate build at the beginning.. Tyler went double zealot and then stalker while Future going standard zealot stalker..
Both forces defensive warp ins with Tyler coming out ahead by taking out drones.. Tyler just going for an allin 1 base play at the moment.. While future has expanded and is throwing up a Robo and going for an observer..
Observer is out for Future and he is now producing an Immortal.. Tyler is on 1 Collosus while Future is only throwing down the support bay now.
Tyler had a massive unit advantage but just sat back and didnt force the issue so Tyler is now way behind but he is chucking up 2 stargates! Tyler is a bit vulnerable at the moment
Both players dancing in the middle of the map; Tyler is in a dangerous position but the voidrays are now piling up for Tyler..
Huge engagement in the middle of the map; void rays saved tylers life as future had a bigger collossus count..
Another engagement now and Future is getting hammered .. he then GGs
Tyler was anticipating all in from Future?

The voidrays just saved Tylers life..
Tyler's void ray tech switch won him the game from a disadvantageous spot.
Whoa, Future's gonna disappointed after watching that one :/
Good win by Tyler there :D
fail replay bar block -.-
+ Show Spoiler +Abit sad to see Future lose that game, it was definitely his to win Tyler Vs Future Spoiler
Foolish for them to doubt Tyler imo. Yeah he may have missed the timing window, but that was beautifully executed.
To be honest I don't think either player is going to be satisfied with their play after watching that replay (in reference to Future v Tyler).
Pretty much who attacks on PVP midgame will lose
LOL I love Gretorps casting, hes pretty funny :D
Haven't watched yet, but having played all of the VT lineup at least once before on the ladder and having won versus all of them, i'm thinking Liquid will take this undefeated ^^
Tyler fighting

Liquid Hwaiting! Great play TL!
nice play by tyler, I like how he fended off the 4 gate with aggression from his chrono'ed zealots and one stalker. really cool transition to the void ray's too.
4-0 Liquid. Expected but fun to watch nonetheless despite the stompings game after game.
VTSwu was a little outclassed there. Not that it's too embarrassing to be outclassed by TLO .
TLO makes me smile when I watch him. GG's
So, TLO, wanna switch to protoss full time? Please?
it's 44k usd andre..... not 80k
2 in korea and 2 in europe

none of those games were even close, the PvP only seemed close cuz tyler sat back a lot.
Wow sick sponsors! And sick casters! GJ!
Wow that's a lot of money! Might have to watch this movie
Thanks to Gretorp and Diggity for the great cast, and of course to the amazing players from both sides! :D

Unofficial announcement on the stream (by Gretorp) that the GCPL prize pool is now up to $10,000 USD!

Just some bonus games, I think. Winner was already decided by the Future-Tyler game.

Well this is actually pretty amazing for a starcraft tournament to get some cash from a film. This shows how big and awesome Esports is becoming. Soon we will have some 1 million dollar sponsorships from Steven Spielberg
Some pretty close games. Tyler/Future & Ret/Looky were pretty good.
I'm having trouble watching the VODs on justin.tv, the games won't load properly (video stops pretty much every second) and there's no sound. Is there any other way to watch the VODs?
edit: nvm, seems to be working now. I think you just can't skip forward.

Wait, since when a movie is sponsoring gosucoaching ?

A movie isn't sponsoring Gosucoaching. The movie company that made the movie "The Tournament" is sponsoring the Gosucoaching Premiere League to promote the movie, with the result that we have increased the prize pool to an astounding $10,000 -- an amazing occurance both for the teams that are in the GCPL, as well as eSports in North America.
Good luck to all 8 teams participating in this GCPL -- it's truly a tremendous opportunity.

How much stream viewership are you guys getting in general?
And also, do you consider changing the system to a Team KOTH in future seasons?
Close games, didnt realize it was played last night!!!

I decided on doing it this way because KOTH could have 1 guy just killing everyone, and while this is nice in a way, its better to see more players/matchups, etc. In my opinion. Plus every league right now is doing the same format, so I wanted to change it.
Whole heartedly agree with Xeris on this one. I'd rather see more matchups than watch one guy on a team cream the entire other team. It makes the teams more dependent on all of their players rather than just having one Gosu clutch player.
