If MVP is a scrub, then I don't know what to describe the rest of the players that switched from BW. But to be honest he could have been the #1 Terran on Woongjin Stars if he had stayed.
mvp was a rather promising player in sc1. he beat flash, baby, best, stork etc in an individual league, and all the games were 20minutes plus macro matches. but then he took a dive in televised performance, dropped out of both osl and msl. speculatively, it could be because of losing interest in bw, we see a similar pattern in another promising young player in IrOn/MC. going by the letter grading, he's a solid A, which cannot be said for any other sc1 pro who transitioned.
A lot of you seem to be wondering why NesTea would resort to all-ins against mvp. I haven't actually watched the games, but do keep in mind that mvp is NesTea's teammate. They're both on Incredible Miracle, so they've both played each other a lot and know each other's styles a lot. Perhaps NesTea didn't particularly care about this tournament, as a lot of other players wouldn't. NesTea has already stated that he only focuses on the GSL so far.
Also, to whomever was dumb enough to say that "MC can only be stopped by MKP or MVP" is actually very wrong. MC is like a Protoss version of MKP, and that is not a compliment. MVP is on a way higher level than MC or MKP. MC lost to NesTea pretty horribly in season 2 and don't go thinking "oh well he wasn't good yet," because he said himself that he lost the games because his opponent was very good.
Someone else said that MC is the Protoss hero while MKP and MVP are the Terran heroes and Zerg doesn't yet have a hero. I'm a Protoss player and MC will have to do far more to impress me than being aggressive and having it work because their opponents didn't prepare as well as they should have. Don't get me wrong, MC is a good player, but he's way overrated. Also, MKP really isn't anything more than a decent player who abuses odd timings to catch them off guard. MVP and NesTea are the two best players right now by a long shot. A lot of people think that Protoss is underpowered but I think that's just wrong. There just aren't that many good Protoss players that can really hold a candle to good Terran and Zerg players.

Just because this is your opinion, doesn't make it true.
MKP is widely regarded as one of the best terrans, for you to say the guy that emulates him is amazing while calling MKP "decent" is laughable.
i wouldn't count any game that was not in a gsl. as long as mc keeps his dominance in gsl it dosent matter what he does in other tournament. no top player is going to play 100% and do anything to win in a tourney that is not gsl. top 3 terran imo are mvp mkp and jinro not sure on order.
