Well, he basically said what I just wrote above. I won't transcript it, but it's in the video bellow, around 3 minutes.
EDIT: And by above I mean the previous page...

It's no big deal though, he just thought the 8th spot would be defined by voting and asked his fan base to vote for him, that's all.
