This will be the fourth of 12 TL Open tournaments sponsored by TeamSpeak, who have also provided us with a TeamSpeak 3 server for the community to use. The initial TeamSpeak TL SC2 Open Series announcement can be found here, and includes some words from TeamSpeak's Peter Kirk.

TL open has run into a serious scheduling conflict running at the same time with EG master, Reddit, Craftcup and soon Steelseries.
I just cant decide.
I'm keeping track of all of them, then I just pick one when a really good game pops up.

"cast begins at 4:30 EST" even though the stream already started

Luckily I have the bandwitdth to watch em at the same time.
Poor orb solo casting but I prefer to hear day[9] over him.
Does anyone know who the other 2 semifinalists are?
Is orb using greenscreen when he is holding the mic?

Gotta say, Orb is doing a great job solo casting this. Love the mic in hand and the green screened background that he actually got clearance from those NASA guys to film this in outer space

No, he is actually casting from a space station.
Drewbie trying to go back to back with the American server TL opens and Morrow has made back to back finals, props to both of them.
Yeah orb is doing a amazing job indeed. And what is with the kind of.. Noticable invisiblity in his hand and other things. Not sure how to describe it but, It really looks like he is casting from a picture since nothing is moving :<
I wish orb casted more
I am thrilled orb gets to cast this, I'm loving the green screen and his stream quality is actually pretty freaking amazing.
Not to mention drewbie beating up on MorroW is making me happy!

Can't do much but agree with everyone else. Orb is doing an excellent job.

I laughed hard at this. GJ sir

I wanna hear Idra when MorroW wins this tournament with zerg
drewbie terran it up [see what i did there, lolol]
Drewbie wins on LT with Thor drop [extended] making it 2-1 in his favour.
Morrow did a horrendous attack without banelings versus medivacced marines. Really unneccesairy.
he's allowed to switch races mid-series?
Huh MorroW switches to Terran in the 4th game.
Wow, MorroW, really weak race swapping mid-series.
Morrow using Terran now because he cannot win with Zerg? :p
srl, why is he doing this? As far as I remember he wanted to prove that he can win tours with zerg?!
His last game (LT) was horrible. He wasted his whole army completely without being pressured at this moment. I rly dont know what I think about these two players right now. Drewbie is playing quite solid so far but Morrow is making so many mistakes he shouldnt make when he really was practicing Zerg for so long now?!
you guys clearly did not watch the husky's baneling music video -- it involved banelings on LT and zerg players switching to terran
Nice, morrows terran is still in great shape.
Morrow indeed doesnt need to practice terran, lol takes game on Blistering sands its 2-2 now.
Could be that Morrow simply dislikes playing ZvT on these maps.
Since when is race picking somehow bad manner? If it's not against the tournament rules then I don't see any problems with it. It's not like it's gsl and drewbie has been practicing TvZ for 2 weeks straight.

Oh sure he is really weak playing in back to back TL open finals..
Just a rough assumption but i think morrow thinks drewbis TvT is worse than his TvZ, Or morrow really hates Helions as zerg. (What is understandable)
Other than that i dont really care for a race switch, Aslong as it doesn't end up with a 4 minute bunker rush with 8 marines and 10 scvs im all happy ^^
Surprised that he would choose zerg on LT though and the switch to terran on Blistering Sands...I would have guessed the opposite race picks on those maps.

Oh morrow switched races mid-series? Very interesting! I didn't know he still practiced terran enough to play at this level. It must have caught drewbie off guard. Props for having the cojones to do it.

I didnt think he praticed a lot, he played Protoss all the time I watched his stream yesterday.
And I dont think he practices terran anyway, he claimed he can play terran at this level with virtually no practice time.
that stream has ridiculously high quality. 1080p and crystal clear.
So morrow dislike playing Zerg on jungle basin and in ZvZ, yeah he is not a real zerg after all

On December 19 2010 08:18 Genzo wrote: So morrow dislike playing Zerg on jungle basin and in ZvZ, yeah he is not a real zerg after all Ret race picked TvZ ZvP ZvT for about 6 years. Who cares? A lot of people don't like mirrors basically because they're so unpredictable.

True Zergs hate Jungle Basin and ZvZ

Drewbie wins on Jungle basin, Morrow takes one more second place in TL Open, ahh crushing but in a close 2:3 series.
But I gotta say if on LT there were different spawns, the outcome of the series would be different.
I think morrow chose tvt on those maps because he dislikes them. IIRC he said that he really dislikes jungle basin vs T and blistering sands because it is really hard to keep a 3rd. Anyways great play by him and he is proving that he is a great allround player. It takes a lot of understanding of the game to be able to compete with drewbie with 2 different races.
It's funny; personally I have more respect for a guy who knows how to play two races, not less. Weird how that works.
Lol.
On another note: It is simply crazy how many events are running at one time now.

Ya, Morrow's zerg really surprised me. Even though I played really cheesy vs him I doubt that I could've won even if I played straight up. So jealous that he's good at two races when I'm barely good at one =(.

Drewbie won? Well congrats to him and commiserations to morrow for another silver in the TL opens.
Well played by drewbie; I thought Morrow looked surprisingly impressive both Z and T. Pretty cool to see someone who's really good with two races. ^^

Morrow got second place once again

I think the problem that many people have is not that morrow is a bad player. He has proven that he is a pretty good player indeed. The problem for many people may be that he was trash talking a lot how he would win wis Zerg since they are so strong etc etc.. and then switches when he clearly cannot win with Z against drewbie. Ofc it is amazing that he can win with T although he practices mainly Z, but he played T for a long time and imo playing one race for a long time is like riding a bike. As long as you play the game with any race, wont forgett how to play with your ex-main race.

I think that it is interesting that peolple think that he CANNOT win with Z when he clearly can. He got second place in 2 TL opens and that proves a lot. We still don't know why he used T for the last 2 matches but seriously. If you can place second you it's quite clear that you have the potential to win and i am confident that he will after a while. When MorroW is on a roll he plays a really good Z, for example the first game vs Strelok in the previous TL open on Metal his creep/ovie spread was insane. He macroed like a boss and used a lot of counterattacking. Textbook Z. People need to stop doubting this guy. He set his mind to be one of the top Zerg players in europe and he is.
As far as his trashtalk goes it really isn't that much trashtalk. He knew that he could be a good zerg and he is. Lets just appreciate his games-.

drewbie is doing amazing lately.. congrats to him!
Also nice job to morrow with another top finish.
Great tourney guys
Maps for the bo1 rounds were a lot better this time around, made the tournament much nicer imo. Now if Steppes would be removed from the map pool...
Go Morrow!
Happy to see hes still keeping up, hes still got a lot to do with his zerg but hes getting there!
And of course grats to drewbie for winning ^_^
I have to enter the next TL open so I can get a chance to play one of these legends xD

It's quite apparent that "many people" as you put it have actually no idea what Morrow actually said back then. If you go back and look at exactly what he said it should be apparent that he didn't actually say most of what people claim he did. I admit he can come off a bit arrogant at times and I don't agree with everything he said then and now, but I don't understand exactly why some people are so against him.
