"Even if Artosis said"... i wouldn't take everyhing artosis says as being 100% correct.
On Shakuras, he was unprepared for it(even said that in his interview). He got caught out with his drones before lings were out in and position. In theory if he could stop it in the short positions on Metro he should have no problem stopping it on Shakuras.
