I was kind of sad when he started to play fewer and fewer during the beta/release but now he is back. And he will own hard.

Here is the actual rule that was mentioned: "SC2 Players who receive three Technical Fouls for one Match will be given a one Game penalty. After three Technical Fouls, each subsequent Technical Foul in the Match will result in another one Game penalty. When an SC2 Player receives a one Game penalty their opponent will be allowed to select one unit, other than Probe, Drone, SCV, Overlord, or Queen, that the Player with the one Game penalty can’t create during the upcoming Game. If the Player with the one Game penalty were to create that unit during the upcoming Game, they would Forfeit the Game." If the player select marine/zergling/zealot he can just 6pool/proxy resulting in a win anyway, it's better to give the loss right away to the one who deserves it.

Pre-game show sucks. Makes the wait for the actual games feel only longer! :D

In the NBA, if you get two techs you are removed from the game. If you pull 3 techs during one match at an MLG Event, you still have some sort of chance to at least battle it out. The rule is more than fair.

Terran and Toss could just wall off and be fine, they'd obviously expect an early rush if you chose their tier 1 unit and would be ready for it. Even zerg could just rush to a spine and be fine... would be too obvious that it was coming. Much better off picking another unit, as said above obs would be a great choice. I'd probably go with muta/medivac/stalker.
