I play the same build as IdrA, and whenever I scout something like a missing barracks + no gas or a chronoboosted cybernetics core, I ALWAYS cancel my fast expand. It works out nicely, if only IdrA canceled. IdrA's a crazy man, he'll fast expand no matter what. It's what's hurting him the most.

That build was a good response to a 14 hatch with those positions on that map.

Serious tournament -> playing against the best player there -> being 1-1 -> map is delta with even closest positions -> take advantage of it! Everything else would have been absolutely stupid. If there is something to blame it is either Idra going for hatch first on delta or the size of the map. Select did everything 100% right here!! Just as Naz did before. Why should people let Idra go into macro mode if they dont have to??? Do you think they are there to provide you with 30 minute games? NO. They want to win this whole thing!

I am sure once he gets some stable practice partners over in Korea with him he will pull back. Just hope this bad streak doesn't carry over into the GSL S3...

I mean more like your guy turns out to be rigging matches or is a racist or something.
