Close it and re-open, refresh/open again your stream and it should work. Working perectly for me. And remember to pick Starcraft2 'channel' on top of the stream.

I'm getting that too. I was watching all of yesterday up until just now when people started complaining about the "pulsing". I tried a different browser and same thing.
