actually kiwikaki got the perfect unit composition - zealot/sentry/colossi to deal with MMM and phoenixes to deal with air, no idea what you are talking about; people need to realize that protoss can't support templar tech off one base, it's getting really old tbh
but kiwi just got outplayed on the macro-aspect: he dealt with the drops and pushs "kinda" fine, but in the end qxc just had way more of everything - that's what wins games

If I had more APM I would be better than this Kiwi guy.
Why can't I watch Tester or InCa every day?
This was one series... remember Tester vs ITR from gsl?
KiwiKaki is an incredible player.

Honestly thus far I haven't seen insane play; except maybe that excellent aggressive play by Huk on Xel'naga. hopefully as the tournament goes on the quality of the games will rise

You'll find a mod post that states LR threads aren't for balance whining, and probably a bunch of bans/warnings along with it. Why even start? Such a pity Kiwi, playing while hungry/tired really isn't ideal :/ It really showed as well, ah. It is your opinion about "whining" ? I was commenting the match and stating facts. Dude, take it elsewhere please.
I'm really sorry Kiwi was hungry, I play much worse when I'm hungry. His sim city also got him 2 games in a row. if he had improved on that, gotten blink, or HT it would have been SUCH a different game.

hope youre not serious, nothing of what you said was even close to facts, it was your personnal opinion as a crybaby. (also how is ''terran can rush, mass mules even considered commenting the match)

Quick question, Im not super hardcore sc2, just watching some events. The guy with day9, is he some random dude they found from another game (quake, c&c, tetris), he doesnt seem to know the names of half the units in the game... ?

Tuborg Beer of danish kings. What they said, its Tuborg for me tonight. The danish can't play video games for shit, but they make the (2nd) best beer in the world. Liking most of the games so far btw, but I do suspect that Kiwikaki is tired, you dont see him doing micro mistakes like losing that immortal normally. You should look into the cs1.6 proscene, the danes are doing great in there

He just didn´t scout correct and stayed on one base way to long. It´s really his only mistake if you look over some minor mistakes like loosing the immortal vs. 1 marine and 2 rauders at the "cliff" and some stuff. He misread qxc´s play and payed for it by builidng almost every tech from one base.

How loud are the casters and the crowd ? I'm suspecting that the players can hear through their headset.

Just stop talking to the balance people, mods will take care of it.
This thread is fun, matches are pretty great.

No, Gunrun regularly commentates for sc2 tournaments, it's just his style to say "now he's going to want to make some of these guys so they can do that stuff." It is really strange he never references actual unit names or skill names. also lol @ tetris commentating

Wait is SC2 over for the day?

Hahahahahahaha Tetris commentary.
"He's really banking on the 4 line, this is a risky move!"

I might be wrong but I see many protoss players over-saturate their base and don't bother to put a single cannon. Why? If he can add couple of useless probes why not to put a cannon. When I watch this I think man this player is so stupid. Knowing that opponent has fast starport and in close air positions he will definitely abuse the air. Same applies to Tester, Huk and others. They are so concentrated on getting that ball of death and don't pay attention on other aspects of game.

But he was getting all of these off one base for the longest time. I didn't say anything about templar tech, but what if he had spent all his gas on gateway units and templar instead? It's obviously just speculation, but my point was that he fell behind and couldn't support what he was trying to do with the economy he had.

Okay, that "look at my ass" thing was just creepy.
