Introduction of Gisado starcraft 2 successive wins competition.
Hello? Esteemed world's Starcraft 2 gamers! This is Gisado broadcasting world's Starcraft 2 super master gamers' games. I am so glad to introduce my broadcasting through Team Liquid. * Due to the broadcasting environment the English subtitle is not provided for the present but we will support it later. * I am so sorry that I can't provide English broadcasting as I am not good at English yet. * I want to attach famous games replay but there are too many materials to find them.
Would be great if we could get this as a featured stream. There's only 50 viewers right now and I'm sure that would be well into the hundreds if it were featured.
Some of the best korean replays we've seen have come from this broadcast.
A lot of good games in this channel Would also like to have replay sorted by playday or just players if this is possible . Anyway, good luck and good job.

Even thought its in korean I think this should be featured.
pretty sure the guys at TL would feature him, the only thing tho is that someone needs to tell him to make a TL account so that they can attach his livestream to his teamliquid account to add him to the stream list here :o
Also games of the rank 1 bronze league player on korean servers (listed as korean name, since I don't know how to read korean), his replays are the ones titled: RenieHour vs (korean name) delta quadrant (korean name) vs sjh scrap station (korean name) vs Evam lost temple
8/31-9/1: http://www.mediafire.com/?oq7vvvu4jeaf1co 22 games total in the pack: 9 PvZ 2 PvP 8 PvT 3 ZvT There were lots of protoss matchups involving the players choya, ssapo, and huhuman.
9/5-9/6: http://www.mediafire.com/?qhggeetwzihqmkt 22 games total in the pack: 6 PvZ 7 ZvT 2 TvT 5 PvT 1 PvP Most notable player in the replay pack is oGsTheStC, there were 3 games of his involving all three matchups, TvP, TvZ and TvT.
9/6-9/7 http://www.mediafire.com/?4id7zllvmklmrgr 17 games total in the pack: 1 ZvZ 7 ZvT 2 ZvP 6 PvT 1 TvT Most the players names are in korean so I can't really give a more indepth description.
Thanks to Gisado for giving out the replays, Enjoy!
MioWeRRa(T)'s streak continues to 19 games in this stream only to be ended by oGsTheStC(T) who goes on to play the rest of the games in the stream until it ends (3 more games)
There were also a few games involving sCarWeRRa(P) for some PvT and PvZ action.
Seriously, if there would be some way to make the commentary understandable in English (and making it featured on TL), viewer number would just explode.
I for one try to watch it whenever I can, even tho I can't understand anything besides what I see (and that alone is way better than most of the other streams here).
Very good stream. High quality players using a variety of different strategies. Defintely going to keep watching, hope the stream gets featured. Like that you are releasing replays too. Much appreciated. I think it's great that you are opening up high level korean play like to this TL.
Today was quite possibly the most epic/amazing stream that I have seen in a long time.
oGsTheStC had an 8 win streak and played this mysterious unknown protoss player who is rumored to be SlayerS_'Boxer' from SC:BW (the replay is oGsTheStC vs korean named yellow protoss on Blistering Sands). [edit: oGsTheStC was playing under a different name]
In addition, oGssSKS (Tester) had a 7 win streak, he also played a game against the zerg FantaPrime who is JulyZerg from SC:BW.
Lastly choya a very highly ranked protoss player in the korean ladder with a previous 19 win streak on the Gisado stream also had a 7 win streak.
Thanks to Gisado for providing these amazing replays! Enjoy!
thanks for the advice GTR, I'm relatively new to the whole uploading files thing so I wasn't really sure where to do it, just changed all of the files to mediafire links. I apologize to the people who had to dl them from filefactory...the place is riddled with ads.

Wonder if there's any analysis we can do to narrow down the likelihood of it being Boxer . . . what were his hotkeys like in BW? Haha
This guy does production stuff 1-4, units on 5, units on 6, nexuses 7-0 it seems

awesome replay pack but disappointed theres no value for the zerg matches seeing as how they're all p and t win streaks T_T!
Way to go Gisado and thank you so much for broadcasting this awesome stream to global SC2 fans. Also thanks to fruitseller and his QUEEN RUSH LOL SO HILARIOUS IT WAS
There were four matches today in which HopeTorture(T) (aka Intotherainbow from SCBW) played. RenieHouR(P) that made it to the Ro64 in the GSL also played a few matches. Edit: Also a player by the name of Terran(T) [one of the top 10 diamonds on korean server] played a few matches as well.

I'm guessing Nada as he probably knows of the reference unlike Boxer.
If you actually read the article it sounds more like the writer just hyping it up and trying to start up some rumors. If you read the comments, it's highly likely that it's neither (APM style too different from NaDa, Boxer too busy and unlikely to use "HolyCheck")
Well, Someone named "Cella" posted a response on there, but it could easily be fake. The comment was "It's not someone at the level you guys are thinking"
During HopeTorture (Sung Jae Kim)'s afreeca stream, someone asked him if he has added Boxer to friend's list. HopeTorture yells back saying he's on a live stream, curses a little. I saw this screenshot few days back. It's still a rumor until Boxer comes out and make it official like JulyZerg (now FantaPrime) did, but it looks pretty much set.
This stream is absolutely nuts. The ONLY thing GSL has over it is that it has English commentators. I mean the other night there was an epic ZvP on metal between Tester and July; you cant even get this in the gsl!
Gisado Stream Replays: (sorry about uploading these a day late, had a lot of work yesterday) 9/14-9/15: http://www.mediafire.com/?o5r9260hb7wf3hn 22 games in total: 5 ZvT 4 ZvP 11 PvT 1 PvP 1 TvT
Players/Matches of note:
oGsSuperStar played 6 matches, 4 of them as terran and 2 of them as protoss, he also played a match against oGssSKS. Leenock(Z) also played some exceptional matches.

Especially enjoyed the Leenock replays. Really thought Leenock was going to win that game on Meta vs SuperStar, but SuperStar was able to pull out the win due to Mules and Marauders.
Thank you for the replays, it's really nice to get a view of all the different strategies from all the races It's also nice to just fix the camera on gisado's pov, makes for some lazy replay watching.
Gisado Stream Replays (I apologize for being a day late with these) 9/16-9/17: http://www.mediafire.com/?b1hhwt8jgii9527 15 games in total: 5 TvZ 4 TvT 2 TvP 3 PvZ 1 PvP
Players/Matches of note:
Sen (yanGwen(Z)) finally played on Gisado's stream!, however there were only 2 matches done by him. Intotherainbow (HopeTorture(T)) also played 6 matches yesterday as well.
Thanks to Gisado for providing the replays, Enjoy!
Rain(T) ranked 4 diamond on korean servers played a few games. In the match labeled: Rain(T) vs 수호신(Z) Metalopolis, 수호신(Z) happens to be ranked 5 diamond on korean servers, it was a very fun match to watch.
AugustWeRRa(T) and Soa(Z) played some matches yesterday, both are players that made it to the round of 32 in the GSL. ssapo(P) also played a few matches, he is a fairly competent protoss player on korean ladder.

Players/Matches of note: Sort(R) one of the male korean commentators for the GSL had a 7win streak playing as random. Terran(T) a well known player on the korean ladder had a 6win streak.
Players/Matches of note: Many, many players in the GSL played today. The game in the pack labelled: oGsInCa(P) vs오지에서과일장수(Z) Metalopolis, is a game between FruitSeller and oGsInCa.
I'm Gisado, the host of the gisado tournament being streamed in both Korea and USA. Recently, there has been increased cussing and bad manner behaviors on the livestream chat, perhaps due to the increased viewer count.
I'm looking for a mod who can speak english to help moderate the livestream chats and other things.
If you are an avid watcher of the stream, have good manners and love chatting, please feel free to apply for the moderator spot!
Although there isn't much for me to pay back with, I'll appreciate your help a lot.

Hello Gisado.
I'm watching your stream regularly, and I'm enjoying it very much. Yesterday there was few bad mannered people, trying to ruin the stream which they did and which was partially caused by absence of the moderator.
I think I have good manners, I enjoy chatting, I love sc2. I would gladly accept the mod on your stream channel, if you offer me that "role".
Thank you a lot of interest. Recruiting MOD is over. Make sure you have access to chat with the MOD will be appointed. If we need to add a manager again, I'm raising post.

from what i've heard ustream is really complicated to set up and that's if you know English, which is the language all the clients and instructions are in. maybe somebody bilingual w/ experience could walk him through it, because livestream quality really degrades with a lot of people
Just wanted to chip in on how great this is and how much I am enjoying your stream and free provided service. It's amazing and really entertaining, thank you very much!
On September 24 2010 08:50 gisado wrote: Gackt_ // I want to broadcast HD quality but in livestream to broadcast HD, I must to pay 350 dollars. It is too expensive to me
It cost alot more then 350$ for livestream HD since it only comes with 3000 viewer hours so dont ever think about that.
Ustream HD aint so easy to use as livestream but it is also better for the viewers and free.
I'm a bit confused on when it's really live. Yesterday it was supposed to be live all night, but after some time I noticed it was showing a game it had already showed a few hours before. The stream also cut the time in-between games, so it was definitely not live.

it's usually live from around 13:00 GMT (+00:00) or 13:30 GMT (+00:00) until 06:00 GMT (+00:00) or 06:30 GMT (+00:00). when it's up other times it'll be recordings, you can usually tell by an afreeca icon on the bottom right or just no time between games.
Passed out during yesterday's KOTH(at about noon EST) where the a terran named NeedBBackup raped a bunch of zergs/toss by massing marauders(games were pretty 1-sided, mass marauders kept pwning everyone), anyknow know if he advanced to the upcoming matchups today ? and if yes, how many wins hes up to now ?

NeedBBackup played again today, but it wasn't a continuation of yesterday. Nobody has had a streak over 7 the past few days.

lol isn't every other gosu unknown player rumored to be Boxer?
Nah, this one has a pretty good reason to be rumored as such. I would say, 80%+ probability it is boxer.
If you Google "ManofOneway", it appears to be an already established person with blog posts dating back to at least 2007 and a few game-related sites like being in some Hangame guild. I don't know Korean though so maybe it's not so significant.
Players/Matches of note: There were a TON of well known players that played, such as choya(P) oGssSKS(P), oGsTOP(T), oGsInCa(P), oGsTheWind(Z), SopiaWeRRa(Z), MioWeRRa(T), AugustWeRRa(T), and NeedBBackUp(T).
Cant seem to find any replay with ManofOneway (Boxer) but several people mentioned that he showed up on the King of the Hill not long ago. Am i missing anything? if so can anyone point me to the replay please?
Thank you for all the dedication Gisado i love watching the King of the Hill
Players/Matches of note: ReXZanDarke(P) and NeedBBackUp(T) played today, both of these players have made it to the ro32 in GSL S1.
Thanks to Gisado for providing the repalys.
btw, about the ManofOneway replays I have also heard that he played on the stream, but I don't have any of the replays, I'll try asking Gisado. edit: just heard back from Gisado, he said that ManofOneway has not played on his stream so he has no replays of him :[
Thank you PsykoMantis for your kindness, if theres none i'll just wait for the next opportunity to watch him play, but im sure theres a lot more people that would like to see him.
Escapist on Thursday I asked Gisado if he could get ManofOneway on the stream and he replied that he wants too, but couldn't because he's so famous. I'm not sure if he meant he couldn't on Thursday, or couldn't at all . Personally I don't remember him playing on the stream but if I didn't know he was boxer, i may have sort of glossed over him.
oh and for those of you DLing replays and aren't aware, NeedBBackUp is apparently NexTaeja.

btw, if someone can edit the first post and add this link: http://www.mediafire.com/?sw4wi7akr950d it links to psyko's shared files on MF, which is all the replays, very convenient
This is really an awesome stream Gisado! Thanks so much for opening it to the English-speaking community as well. There are consistently very high level games and I love how the VODs are cut so it transitions into each successive game immediately. It's like watching the finals of multiple tournaments in succession! The racial rotation also makes for fun viewing.
Players/Matches of note: Terran(T) played 3 matches, and oGsGon(T) went on a 7 winstreak.
Thanks to Gisado for providing these replays. edit: as posted above by zzaaxxsscd, the link to the folder with all the replays is: http://www.mediafire.com/?sw4wi7akr950d (the latest replays are on the 2nd page if you are only viewing 20 entries per page)

Cant wait for this replay pack to be released then!!!
Matches/Players of note: As recommended by GTR and several other people, the single PvZ matchup in this replay pack 포로로카성인 (P) and 이노배이션 (Z) Metalopolis is absolutely awesome, really shows the potential that late game zerg has. Another match to watch is Flutter(Z) vs Royal(T) to see what happens when a terran doesn't harass a zerg enough. oGsGon(T) vs mvp(T) Metalopolis is another excellent match to watch, even if TvT isn't your cup of tea. oGsGon(T) is LecafOZ a SC1 progamer, mvp(T) is an unknown progamer, junwiprime stated that "mvp is ace of team until a recent date", and NEXKYumer(T) is Chrh, a old sc1 progamer.
Thanks to Gisado for providing the replays, Enjoy!
hm it seems mvp is the same mvp from broodwar, according to lucifersc somebody accidentally blurted his name out in pre-game chat. additionally he was an ace of stars in a loose definition (he was their best terran). finally, there's an article on fomos about him but i can't read korean: http://www.fomos.kr/board/board.php?mode=read&keyno=110721&db=issue&cate=001&page=1&field=&kwrd=
Hmm maybe mystlord or boesthius or one of our other korean-speaking BW streamers who use Ustream could write up a quick step by step. I'll see if I can get into contact with one of them.
Players/Matches of note: oGsInCa played 7 games as all the races, seemed like he was relaxing after the GSL.
Matchlist/brief synopsis (**the synopsis do say who wins and how it is done, of course right? its a synopsis!, btw feedback on this addition to the replay posts would cool): + Show Spoiler +
Gisado lags out, lol. Protoss opens up 3 gate into expand, terran opens with 6-7 reapers and trys to harass the toss. Eventually the protoss tries clever 2-pronged attack with a warp prism at the back of the main and the main army heads to the natural, terran caught out of position down the middle bridge decides to counterattack at the protoss main. At this point Gisado lags out and we don't get to see the result
Terran opens up 1/1/1 with a ghost, while the zerg does a fairly standard FE into a baneling bust, the baneling bust sort of suceeds but does not do any lasting damage. The terran then begins to do a lot of ghost/medivac harass on the drones while simultaneously using vikings to snipe overlords. The zerg goes lair tech and decides to get hydras, terran's harass gives him enough time to setup his expansion and push put with a maruader force and ends up harassing the zerg until he wipes the zergs natural at which point the zerg ggs.
Terran opens up with a 2-barracks fast expand, which is denied by a 4gate push with a proxy pylon by the protoss. The protoss sets up his expansion while denying the terran's expansion and proceeds to get a robotics facility and hallucination. The terran takes his natural and attacks the protoss natural with an MMM ball. A colossus pops out for the protoss player right when the terran player pushes into the natural with his MMM ball allowing the protoss to easily fend it off. The protoss then pushes out against the terran with 1 colosuss and 2 hallucinated colossi (to good effect) to end the game.
The protoss opens with a 1 gate fast expand into 4 gate, the terran scans the 4gate without scouting the expansion and decides to go into a defensive posture with 2 bunkers and 3 barracks in his main. After no aggression comes from the protoss the terran expands and creates ghosts and decides to push through the middle bridge with the rocks to the protoss' natural. The protoss holds off the attack, techs to colossi and pushes out with 1 colossi to win the game.
oGsInCa played as zerg against the protoss and 6-pooled him (lol), the protoss holds of the 6-pool at the cost of a gateway and a lot of mining time. oGsInCa proceeds to expand and drone up while the protoss techs to dts and sends them out to harass oGsInCa. However, InCa already had lair tech and the dt harass did minimal damage. InCa then proceeded to tech to hydras and win the game using hydra/ling.
InCa plays as terran against a zerg on Lost Temple and uses every single annoying terran strategy there is (pardon my terran hate) and then proceeds to bunker+siege tank the natural cliff killing the zergs natural. The zerg techs to hydras in the meantime and nyduses into InCa's main, resulting in a base trade which leaves InCa with no units and a CC that floats to the island, while the zerg is left with just 12 hydras and an extractor. Since the zerg had no possible route to the island expansion, InCa won thanks to floating CCs.
TvT in which both players open 1/1/1, however InCa goes for thors while Durume goes for marine+hellion drop harass. InCa is able to fend off the early marine+hellion harass while countering with his own drop which wipes Durume's mineral line clean of SCVs causing Durume to gg out.
InCa playing as zerg opens with a 14 hatch into 14 pool on Scrap Station. The protoss decides to 4gate all-in; InCa fends of the 4gate with roachs+speedlings causing the protoss to gg out.
InCa decides to proxy gateway+forge behind the tall grass by the natural expansion o the zerg on Xel'Naga Caverns. InCa denies the expansion, sets up the contain and proceeds to get 4warp gates and push into the zerg's base for the win. Meanwhile the zerg tries to start a base trade by nydusing into InCa's main with all his units, however InCa is able to warp in enough units to hold it off, the zerg ggs out.
InCa 6 pools the protoss, causing enough economic damage to make the cheese worthwhile and proceeds to expand and build many many spinecrawlers. The protoss tries to break into InCa's base with a 4warpgate push but fails. InCa shortly after produces many mutalisks and goes to harass the protoss economy a lot of damage which allows him to double expand. The protoss knowing how far behind he is tries a desperate attacking on InCa's 3rd expansion with blink stalkers, killing all the mutalisks but fails to kill the expansion due to a massive amount of speedlings. The protoss then tries another desperate measure by trying to catch InCa off guard with DTs but it makes little difference to InCa who is on 4mining bases in comparison to the protoss' unsaturated 2 bases. InCa builds a massive amount of ultras and proceeds to win the game.
The terran opens up with 2rax factory into starport + 1 more rax and uses the factory to scout. The protoss opens with 3gate robo; the terran pushes with MMM ball which is held off by the protoss' gateway unit+immortal mix. The protoss proceeds to expand while the terran tries to do more damage and then expands. The earlier expansion by the protoss gives him a much large economic advantage that allows him crush the terran army. However a silly base trade occurs in the end, in which the terran knowing that his army is outmatched tries to win by floating his CC to a corner of the map while wiping all the buildings in the protoss main. Luckily, the protoss had a probe outside his main and was able to rebuild a nexus at the terran's natural and win the game.
NEXuk opens with a 1barracks command center into 2 more barracks, while NEXGenius tries to 2gate into a fast DT expand. NEXuk sees ripples from the DTs as they run past his army and scans and kills them. He proceeds to push down the center path through to rocks to win the game.
The terran opens with a cute 2 pronged hellion and ghost/medivac harass attempt which fails to do any lasting damage. The zerg responds by harassing the terran with mutalisks and taking a third expansion. The terran is able to weather the mutalisk harass with marines and medivacs and takes the gold expansion with MMM + Tanks. The terran than proceeds to constantly deny the zerg's third expansion and ends the game with MMM + Tanks, where the tank count was just too high for sling/bling/infestor too handle.
Fairly typical TvT in which both terrans opened up 1/1/1, but Glrl went for early marine+hellion drop harass while NEXuk went for marine tank viking. NEXuk is able to stop the marine+hellion harass and proceeds to setup a tank contain on Glrl, but then stupidly loses his tanks by unsieging them and driving them by Glrl's main's cliff. Glrl then does a lot of banshee + viking harass on NEXuk's mineral lines, giving him the economic advantage which allows him to push with a sizable tank+viking+banshee force for the win.
Glrl tries to open up with 1/1/1 while Leenock fast expands and does a fast roach push, catching Glrl off-guard and breaking through the 1/1/1 wall, killing a bunch of SCVs and completely throwing off Glrl's build. Realizing how far ahead Leenock is at that point, Glrl decides to gg out.
Leenock 10pools huhuman, who is able to hold it off with probes and zealots losing only 2-3 probes in the process. huhuman then gets a warp prism and uses 4 zealots to do some drop harass at both the natural and main of the zerg, this buys huhuman enough time to get out 2 colossus and set up his expansion at his natural. However, Leenock scouts the colossus and zealot composition of huhuman's army and gets mutalisks which seal the win for him.

Yes, he rebroadcasts the games that afternoon/evening on the same channel. Wait 15-30 minutes and it'll be starting.

Ah...that explains his utter destruction. Seemed as though the multi-tasking wasn't there and there was a push that caused terrible terrible damage...onto himself.

That's a dick move, leading Boxer's division with the name Boxer. Boxer should have made his SC2 name YellOw for laughs.
Players/Matches of note: oGsTheStC(T) shows us why he is so good, playing 13 games and winning all of them, leaving him on a unbroken 13 win streak, and 2 of those games were against none other than FruitSeller(Z) the GSL S1 Finalist, those matches are labeled: oGsTheStC(T) vs 오지에서과일장수(Z) [MAP NAME].
Thanks to Gisado for providing these replays, and enjoy TheStC galore!

It's like that everywhere. What he told me, and there is a language barrier here, is that it's an issue with the stream not the content and that when live he has to reset it to fix it.
While it's annoying, I don't speak Korean anyways and I already have the firefly soundtrack downloaded so I'm not missing any audio. Also, as the whole pantheon of web tv sites goes, I don't see much of a benefit to using ustream over livestream and I gather the latter is pretty much plug and play to help the uninitiated (kind of on the subject, what the fuck is up with blip.tv vods ending after like 30 seconds).
Gisado Stream Replays (I have been extremely busy with exams and school works, so sorry for these being VERY late, I'll have more free time after thursday so expect them to be a little bit more on time afterwards)
Players/Matches of note: Leenock(Z) had a 3 win streak, oGsTheStC(T) had a 4 win streak, and oGsSuperStar had a 7 win streak. A little more info on oGsSuperStar, he is Shin Jung Min a SC1 pro and coach.
I didn't recieve replays for 10/2-10/3 and 10/3-10/4, I believe he did not stream on those days.

I can recommend his games to everybody - especially the one vs thestc, what an awsome, awsome match; no offense to our guys in eu/na, but the constant dropping...even more so, the defense against it (!).....just a whole other league
Guys, if you want to see nothing but the new ladder maps being played out, today is your day. Nothing but Jungle Basin and Shakuras Plateau. Hyperdub on a 4-game win streak at the moment.
wow that TvT on Shakuras Plateau was epic. Hyperdub really showing his skills. Thanks for bringing us this very good stream. btw is it online 24h a day? Everytime I log on TL the stream is operating, anyway I'm very grateful
Yeah I believe the time of the actual live broadcast is 5am-10am PST... or at least it was during the GSL. I haven't been able to watch live that much since the GSL, so I don't know if he adjusted his schedule at all.
Gisado now has a website! http://www.gisado.com There is an option to choose english in the top right, but the majority of the site is not affected, most notably the registration page. Here's how to fill it out: addendum: hangul name requires no spaces
FYI Gisado is now official emplyee of GOMTV. He will be doing his casting through GOMplayer and restart bradcasting on 18th. Gisado's casting will be scheduled after GSL.

Oh man, sounds great! I'm literally never going to sleep!
Will replays still be released, or will gom have put a stop to that?
Regardless, it's really cool that Gisado climbed into a job through his stream. He definitely deserves it, he's been the best source of korean games/replays by far. Hopefully gom's you-have-to-buy-everything attitude doesn't reduce what he can give though.

Even tho i appreciate your help and effort a lot, you can also use Google chrome to translate the page.

The phone # part is mandatory but you can just enter in something fake. By the way is Gisado continuing to stream on live stream or does he have some sort of new system set up?
On October 17 2010 10:36 PsykoMantis wrote: I am fairly certain the replays will be released, I believe there is a tab on the website for downloading replays...I may have read it wrong tho.
and where? could somebody who knows korean give a tutorial how to find and download them, once new replays are available for download?
looks like he's going to try to start broadcasting as soon as he gets technical details ironed out. to clarify i don't mean like right now, i mean after GSL tomorrow.
Yeah, Gisado was really awesome, what is happeningggggg? It seems kinda ridiculous people have almost gotten the first place prize. 25wins in a row? WOW!
it seems he is indeed broadcasting today... but i haven't been able to find a way to watch it. here's the official site, i can get it to play an ad but after the ad IE reloads the page because it thinks there was an error of some sort. feel free to try yourself and share any success you may have http://live.gomtv.com/view.gom?liveid=13058
the vod page still links to livestream so we may just have to wait for the live broadcast to end (around 05:30 GMT (+00:00)) and him to set up the looping vod before we can watch
If someone find a way to watch the show, the vods, or even to dl the replays, please say it. It's awfuly frustrating to know the show is running but no be able to watch it anymore >< I wish GOM never hired Gisado (yeah that's selfish)
Well I went to the link in antoine's post and clicked on what im assuming is the "play/watch" button and it gave me a pop up message. I clicked on the left most option and It started downloading the gomtv plugin. I then tried watching the stream again and it started playing a few ads but then gisado came up. Im assuming its a vod though. It's very laggy though unfortunately...
edit: i guess if you pause it and let it load for a few minutes it will help out the buffer
Here is the url of the gisado channel who has all the recorded VODS from Gisado's KOTH http://ch.gomtv.com/4555/28119 When you click play it launches GOM player, then a few ads, then you're good ! No need to login. The quality is awesome (H264 1280*740)
Unfortunately theres no updates on the replays being available at Gisados new website and you can even read on his forum people joking saying there will be bloodshed if no replays get released anytime soon
I also sent a PM to Gisado asking if there was any GomTV policy holding the replay files and if he would require any kind of help but got no replay till now so still waiting.
over on playxp gisado has been talking about adding "snipers" (progamers, examples he gave included SKS, Fruitdealer, oGsMC, forget who else) to his show, but i'm not exactly sure how they'd work into the format because i don't understand a lick of korean.
Got hold of a single replay from this week Gisado "King of the Hill", its the best i can do for you guys for now, if anyone wants the replay file i'll gladly send it to you just PM me with an email adress...enjoy
On October 30 2010 06:28 Legat0 wrote: What kind of problems are people having when trying to watch the stream? I've had no problems at all...
if i open it from firefox it opens the standalone gom player and i get 0x00000000051 after the ad, if i open it in IE it tries an embedded player that crashes and reloads the page.
Somewhere, somehow i got a small pack of what im expecting to be replays from last week Gisado "King of the Hill"...at least thats what i think they are based on what i checked about Gisados's livestreams and such, so correct me if im wrong.
Heres the first "taste"...more coming on the following days.
Yeah, he doesn't stream on livestream anymore now that he was hired by GOMtv. He streams on the korean gom site, and foreigners can watch the vods at http://ch.gomtv.com/4555/28119 . You do need to buffer, but the quality is quite good.
Another match that i think is from last week Gisado "King of the Hill" (correct me if im wrong). What im sure is that its NOT from the GomTV Clan Invitational like several websites claim it is since this two players never faced off on that event. The 1st day of the Clan Invitation had Team fOu playing but this match never occured there:
He put out a casting call for any foreigners or foreign pros to play. You just need to be at least Masters to take part. Join the group chat 'Gisado'. Current reigning player is LGIMSeed with 10 wins.
ive been looking for something like this to come out of Korea again! can't wait to see. Maybe someone can help him out and do results for him! I do know Seed was playing yesterday (this morning?) but that was the only game i saw
Also on a cool notice, there was a Z with the handle CrazyMoving playing in there last night. I dont know if it was the real crazymoving or someone else
YellowTeddyBear (P) vs Mercy (T) YellowTeddyBear (P) vs Yoon Bomi (T) YellowTeddyBear (P) vs KTFlash (T) YellowTeddyBear (P) vs coLTheStC (T) YellowTeddyBear (P) vs llllIIIIllll (T) [foreigner] YellowTeddyBear (P) vs LifeIsPenetration (Z)
KTFlash (probably not real? but has 102 wins and 20 losses 4th in GM), coLTheStC, LGIMSeed, AzubuVINES, Hwangsin are waiting in the chat tonight. Also StartaleLegend is observing today for HotS observing practice.
Damn I was scared for seed when the terran was pushing out he really does look like the favourite for any hots tournament atm. Firebathero in the chat room omfg invite him pls gisado.
Glad he's got a better machine tonight. Last night it was on 720p and his FPS would go down to ~5-10 in medium sized battles. Now it's at 1080p and smooth ^^

He was talking about how he managed to improve graphics settings by switching from Xsplit to OBS

Entertaining yes, but imagine the pain of all us protoss users who now have to try and work out wtf to do now. Stargate first? If star mirror, phoenix wars most likely, do you risk an oracle? Don't get it and dont have detection? So many more small coinflips now beyond the initial one.

KTFlash tried a hellbat drop. It killed like 5 workers, then he lost everything, all in'd and lost that, then didn't leave the game till P was on 3 base and he had like 8 mining scv's on 1.

really not sure what people thought was more entertaining about that last PvP than your average WoL PvP, but not gonna argue opinion here =p

As long as you got hellbats it's never time to gg.

Lol well I would never play that race in the first place. It was just entertaining compared to colossi wars.
It seems if they nerf hellbats (add a research to enable them or remove that biological part?) and nerf void rays somehow (not sure how?) this game could be a lot more enjoyable. ^^

My my has it been a LONG time since I saw this last. It was probably the best stream to watch at the time and I hope many others will see it that way now.
