Hi Carmac!
This tournament sounds awesome and I'd love to follow it. But... well.
Your post doesn't mention the dates or times the matches are happening. It mentions that they're streaming, and gives a link to the stream, but there's just some guys playing CS there without any kind of narration. There's a link to a schedule buried in the twitter feed on the right, but what I'm trying to see here is what matches have already been played and when I can see them...
Honestly, if all you do is stream these matches when they're going on during the day, I'm at work then. Are you guys putting up VODs? Are you streaming the games again in the evening, or anything?
I tried to get to your website, put "IEM5 Starcraft 2" into Google, but I don't get anything useful. In fact, the top result is this thread on TL. IEM doesn't give any helpful results either. Maybe you guys should get some basic SEO done?
...wait - I found the intelextrememasters.com link deep in your post. I've dug around on there, but there's nothing on the front page about this tournament that's happening now. The menu bar doesn't work in Google Chrome, either. I loaded up Internet Explorer and... it doesn't work there! So it's not a browser issue. I'm guessing this stuff should be under "Europe -> Starcraft 2"? But that link doesn't work.
I'm really interested in this tournament and I'd love to see what's happening. But I can't find details about the matches in this tournament in your post. I can't find anything about this tournament on your main site. Even if I could, I suspect I couldn't watch the live stream if you only stream the games during the day - I can't find any kind of broadcast schedule, though. Are you going to put VODs out? I admit, I kind of assumed you would; had a look this evening hoping to catch up on the past two days of games in place of my usual day[9] fix.
I imagine I'm a typical potential viewer for your stuff. I'd really like to see these games and presumably make your sponsors happier. Please tell me how the heck I'm supposed to, as right now I'm just a bit confused and frustrated.

No matches happened so far, randomnine. The tournament will start in about 16 hours. ESL TV usually provides VODs at the end of the day, on the next day the latest. We will also upload all replays immediately after the matches.
I understand that reading the OP and expecting to get all the necessary information from that is what most people will do but by just skimming through the past five pages I can find the answers to all your questions, I believe. The feature on the Teamliquid's start page is also a great place to find all the necessary information.
Other than that: Wolf gave you all the necessary links.

OK, thanks everyone, that's a lot clearer :D
The reference to 'five days' in the OP meant I assumed it was Monday to Friday - the dates weren't mentioned so I figured it'd started already! I'm glad to hear that there'll be VODs put up once the games begin.
I also hope that all this critical information will be put around in the OP and on the website. I know I was whinging a bit, but it really isn't easy to find this stuff at the moment
Here's hoping for a great tournament and many more like it in future.

I think most of the info can be found on the first post already if you read carefully.
You will miss some of the matches live (a chunk of group play and two quarterfinals) but we will have two streams from the event just to make sure that the overlapping content is covered. On the upside: you’ll choose which games you won’t miss.
[...]
We will have live matches, live interviews and lots of YouTube stuff.
The name of the tournament is Intel Extreme Masters, and it's pretty easy to Google. This is not an SEO problem, you're just googling the wrong keyword.

I see no booths. Where are the booths? Without, it will be a total failure.

Didn't think about this but I seem to remember IEM using helicopter headsets last year for noise cancellation in QL, maybe I'm making this up. Still I'll miss booths .

ESL uses helicopter headsets at every live event for stage matches.

Feedback:
How do we find where to watch this from and when?
Not having this information available to the viewer is kind of stupid. And telling the viewer to check in each day, at an unspecified time is also just as dumb.
