From what I read it was only one rep from each country. Albeit you can play for almost any country, there won't be 10+ participants waving a USA flag.

But if you want some form of 'quality' control you should have some kind of profile check to make sure they aren't just saying they are gold/silver and are really top tier diamond.

Last tourney like this that I was in was the GBLF, and 2 of my friends got knocked out by clear plat - diamond players pretending to be crap, even doing 0-5 placements jsut to be in the tourney.
