I find it really sad that bashing Idra constantly is becoming an acceptable trend amongst the community. It's childish and unprofessional, especially coming from commentators. It is not their job to be dissing players in front of an entire community; you're there to comment the play and nothing else. Seeing as most communities are composed of tools, it generates uncontrollable waves and it just becomes unsightly.
Leaving a game without saying GG really isn't the end of the world; getting flustered up about it and pour out a ridiculous rant about how you dislike a player is just... ridiculous.
You people really need to grow up. well idra did call the shoutcasters a few names in game ~_~

Watching these games, I am thinking that rushes are so powerful in SC2 right now largely because no one knows the best way to counteract them. Like, in BW if a zerg tried to 2 hatch lurker idra, he wouldn't even have to think before he had a couple of bunkers, a turret, and a tank on the way.
In SC2 it looks like idra is playing with a similar style: macro and try to fend off the variety of cheeses. However, I think he had really poor responses to LZ's rushes. I personally thought he built way too many roaches in games 2 and 3, but I could be wrong. Either way, I think as people get use to the game, the proper response to the various rushes will become standardized and we will see longer macro games more often.
Also, ggs. Congrats LZ!

I think building at least 2 spore colonies could've given Idra a lot of breathing room when he saw that LZ was heavily massing up on Vikings~

And that happened after Idra got wind that the commentators were bashing him...

Mirhi v Telecom was a great game. The best game of the night in my opinion. Loving this set up. The Main Card events are great so far!

That's why I think this format will be the best! And congrats to both Mirhi and Telecom they both were winners tonight in my book!

I agree with everything you wrote. But to be fair, it wasn't both commentators. Raelcun was cool. He explained to his co-caster about Idras history.

Guys, please give IdrA a break. He works very hard at the game. I would also like to extend my personal apologies to IdrA. I hope he can find the ability to forgive me for getting upset about him being bm. I should not have messaged him in the beginning of the match...I probably shouldn't have dared ask for him to stop and for that..I am truly sorry. I hope he will stop ignoring me and understand I did not mean to come off rude. I just hate seeing my fellow admins getting mistreated, regardless of his opinion about them.

Everybody was really heated at that point, so its perfectly understandable that some things were done. The most important thing is to smooth this situation out for everyone and have some good games in the future!

Idra has to be one of the TOP reason why i watch SC2. He's So Good and a little arrogant but Rightfully so.
Even having lost the tourney no one at this point will dispute IDRA being likely the top US foreigner at SC2.
What made tonight so Crazy was before tonight LZ was 0-3 vs Idra i happened to be lucky enough to watch every game they played.
Even after tonight they are 4-2 in favor of Idra.
Idra just needs to keep his Cool a little better since honestly at this point his "rage" appears to be his only real weakness.

All players must leave their FULL B.net 2.0 ID and Race they intend to play with
Also all players must make a new iCCup ID. It must match your Battle.net 2.0 ID or be ITl.(User name). Than join this this team.

Lumi vs Lore and Mirhi vs Telecom were both exciting matches. I hope to see more of them in the future!

You will see them all! Telecom was really bummed but I told him in the ITL you can lose and still win. He did that tonight.
It's my attitude. I prefer the player that comes to win as opposed to playing not to lose...

Just a thought, I think it would be a lot better if you didn't have the health bars showing all the time. You could barely see that there were corruptors or roaches in the baneling/ling army because the health bars cover it up. Can't see much of anything at times.
