when you post EST in these do you actually mean EDT since the US is on Daylight Savings Time atm .. just want to be sure when I am translating the times for overseas people?

No...because we aren't on DST right now. The time zones were adjusted, so EST is GMT-4 for no explicable reason now, and EDT is GMT-5.

Hate to break it to you Tofu, but you're backwards. We're on DST now, but we should still be GMT -5 because GMT adjusts an hour in the summers as well. Well...depending on what country you're in st least, I do know France and England adjust an hour.

Yea I am pretty sure (although I SUCK with time zone's) that we are -5 all year long. I could be wrong though.
