Forewarning

To the teams in the round of 32, aka you're team did not get a bye. You may play your round of 32 match at any point before the tournament starts. Just agree on a time with your opponent.

to non seeded teams, If you can't find a time to play the opposing team before tournament start. You will HAVE to start the match at least 1 hr prior to "official start time" AKA start your round of 32 match by 2 pm PST, 5 pm EST.

This is because this is a very long tournament, and east coast casters/viewers don't want to be up all night. So to accommodate and additional 10 teams from last time, the round of 32 will be played prior to the tournament. That way we also get a very solid 16 teams the casters can cover.

This information will be in the opening post, when I post the brackets, i will also do my best to notify all non seeded teams through PMs ingame and teamliquid if possible.

With Smuft doing his own tourney thing using this format, I probably wont do a TST Cup 3 depending what Smuft's plans are (he said in his post he plans on doing another). As I personally can't supply prizes so pretty much all the best teams would play in his over mine and his thread already has 4x the views of mine. In that case I'll let him do these events and I'll save some personal time, which is better for me anyway (more time to work on my F# DSL project). Besides when I set out, my only goal was to start NA events happening and that is pretty much acccomplished. North America better dominate SC 2
