Your "mass Nexus" only paid off due to your Zealot pressure doing way too much damage than it should, and your opponents having pathetic scouting. I play platinum level players that scout better than that...
Sorry, but with the replays posted, and just using any sort of in game logic, this doesn't seem viable at all. You die to just about any early all in.
Example: As a zerg against P, I like to send in my OL around the 6 minute mark. I send it in... and see nothing. I stop drone production and just go kill you.

the title is pure win.
even though i knew i was getting trolled i had to take a look :o

Hey,
Could we see the replays against Saracen when they come out?
Also, i feel like you need to fill on your build order a bit more, since theoretically you basically tell the BO user to stay on 1 gate...?
Also, first game.... i didnt watch more than a 1-2 at x8, but it was just the zealots in the beginning that won you the game- nothing more. Quit trolling.
Saracen, can you post a thread or something where we can see all the Best of 3's you play against these build orders?

its really funny how big of an econ lead you had, 5 bases at 12 min lol!
but you didnt spend any of the chrono boosts from your new nexus' that you highlighted as being a selling point of this build! you could have gotten a gas at one of these expos and easily gotten +1/+1 chronod out extremely quickly.
i have to try this!

*saw one replay*
You can't actually be serious.....
Your plan is to mass Nexus early on for fast probe production. In the meantime you cut pretty much all gas and resort to zealot rushing and hoping it cripples your opponent so your mass nexus strat works.
Please tell me you're just screwing with us, having a good time trolling. If you are serious I recommend seeing a doctor right away.

Ummm... try chrono boosting after the 6 minute mark?

Lol if such an "economic cheese" actually works (like this one), then I would love to learn it

This is merely an extreme (and ultimately a waste of time) version of the phrase "when you are ahead, get more ahead" - the zealot pressure, proxy or not does so much damage in the replays, that you could literally do anything to win the game. Most people might take their natural, build up another force, then re-cripple/finish them off. This guy just decides to add 40 minutes to the game by doing nothing aggressive and making lots of nexuses.
Conclusion: It is not a "build"

Well those matches were entertaining to say the least... Ozzsad on JTV by the way.

OP showed that the strategy is a good followup to proxy
Reason being, chrono helps you catch up on tech
But you need to do a little dmg with the proxy like all rushes, ofc.
OP's mass nexuses worked really well but he didn't actually even utilize them to the fullest, since he bad macro. (So many chronoboosts stored forever, and he was floating 4000 minerals in 1 game).
It also works well because Stim doesn't get out in quite a while, and Stalkers give you map control early so that helps against Mass marines. And if he gets marauders/meds, you should be chronoboosting triple forge upgrades and charge super fast :D

Whichever way this goes, I'd like to add that this thread made my day.

Game 1: I contain him at his natural and start dicking around with PFs and no barracks. I lose. Oops. Game 2: I go 2 rax expo, he takes 6 bases, and I kill them. Game 3: He decides to proxy gate. I lose to proxy gate. Game 4: I lose to proxy gate again. Game 5: I actually decide to scout since I've been losing to proxy gate. What do you know, another proxy gate! I beat him with marines. Then we have an argument about proxy gating since I promised not to abuse his build (no allin marine, no heavy stim timing, no cloak banshees, just 2rax expand every game), and yet he still deems it necessary to abuse mine. Then I played a ZvP and won with mass queens partly because I was pissed about the situation/previous games (sorry about that) and partly because I wanted to show him that if you get a large enough lead early game you can do whatever you want, even if it's not good or viable. Last 3 TvP games had nothing to do with his mass nexus build. Also, I think it's kind of dumb to take your first expo at some randomass location when you can just take it at your nat. Anyways, thread locked since I didn't actually beat him but he didn't actually show me his strat was any good either since I rolled him in the only legit game we played. Anyone interested can PM me for the replays.
Also, lesson learned: when playing BoX's against dumb strategies, don't agree to opponent's terms of playing standard every game. Next time I'm going to abuse the hell out of the build.
