[H] bio mech heavy help ZvT

i can't seem to figure out how to conquer mech heavy bio. they open 2 rax into blue flame hellion, which effectively keeps me in my base, i know its coming so i have roaches, but i wasnt paying attention and they kill some drones.

he expands behind it, i can't really do any harrass because he goes thor heavy+turrets. i squash his first push, but seige+thor+bunker would probably hold any counter. i coulda harrassed the third, but i feel so scared against his two base mech macro so i kinda just sit back and expo. he makes a push for my third, but he puts me in a tough spot. i engaged stupidly out of frustration. then the game goes downhill.

just feels like i cant make any units vs mech heavy bio, especially with blueflame. he just doom pushes me, keeps me contained, and expos behind his attacks. EVEN if i crush his army, counter attacks don't matter. just frustrating. i have a two replays of similar builds.

please help!

general help on my gameplay/builds would be great too! im a high diamond zerg that can't hit masters.

I've been using this strategy and it's incredibly fun. The idea is to upgrade your zerglings like mad, get quick infestors and eventually throw in some ultras for the kill. Lings scale well with upgrades and will usually catch the terran off-guard. Infestors work wonders versus heavy mech - neural parasite make tanks the bane of the terran player. Ultras at the end give you the tanking power to push into the terran player. Typically with this build, I find the first bio/tank push they make to be a devastating loss for them and after that you can macro hard and they'll be either scared into making foolish attacks or scared into turtling in their base. Either way, you'll be fine. This is at the low diamond level, btw.

Just something to try. Don't be scared by thinking this is micro intensive - if anything, mutas are harder.

Get your economy up and get some infestors. 1 Fungal growth could mean the end of hellions. Mind control the thor.

too scared to drone because a mech push could ruin my day before i get out any units.

Just watched the first one, your biggest mistake was your baneling micro, when he attacked your third, moved into his tank line and then attack moved. All you banelings died killing tanks instead of taking out the marines. If you had just left the banelings moving towards his marines and attack moved with the roaches you probably could have pulled that out. Though to be honest the easiest way to deal with marine heavy anything is infestors. fungal growth doing 36 damage in 4 seconds makes it real easy to kill marines, especially if they stimmed first. You don't even really need banelings. FG also keeps his helions from getting away.
