EPTIts tough. Phoenixes are big gamble, and the only payoff is stopping the harassment. Not landing a decisive hammerblow. If I don't have any AA, and he has banshees, I'm screwed. If he doesn't have any AA and I have a few Phoenixes left after killing his Banshees...he's fine. Just keep spamming some Marines for a while. They usually run out of energy picking them up long before you can really hurt the guy's econ.
