Information

Monuriki RE is based on an old map of mine, Monuriki (2013), that has been brung up to today's standards. Aside from changes to the layout, the aesthetics have been given a complete overhaul.

standard and solid map, i like it! the texturing could have propably been a little bit better.The difference between main base level and lowground for example. the map layout looks nice to me (map analyser screens would have been nice though)

My only complaint is that it's very tough to look at, its so gray/brown

I'd agree with the map being a bit hard to read due to the textures, darkening the high ground sand might do the trick. Map seems standard but well done.

I also don't see that criticism. There's harder-to-read maps posted all the time that don't receive that complaint.

Cliff edges are pretty clear IMO, and since it's bright, it shouldn't be a problem.

Were there any changes to the layout besides the corner bases?

By that logic, maps like Daybreak, Ohana and Cloud Kingdom would need a retexture as well
