i prefer the rep when herb[shield] beats cozy. its a lot more interesting. Cozy's zvp style is kinda lame, but i still love him anyways

Really, really lame game--it does, however, demonstrate a disturbing trend in ZvP: just turtle your newbie ass off, survive by killing observers, and abuse hive tech. The most damning thing of all is how effective it is.

Every single zerg does it now: Turtle after you get your third gas and maybe min only, wait it out so that you have like 4k minerals and 200 gas when you do eventually do something, then take every damn expansion and use those 3k minerals left to make 30 sunkens. Really lame.

i find it really sucky that toss was attacking the whole damn game and zerg just sits there, and waits for the toss to run out of money, herb <3 this is his win !!

A lot of zergs have been doing this for a long time. Savior does this. I thought the toss played very well but either should've expoed sooner or tech switched or both. Couldn't really go 3 gas vs 3 gas vs a zerg for a long time till late game then expect to somehow outmacro him. Cozy played really well though.

Cozy's zvp is extremely mechanical. It is nice to see though not for the entertainment value, but for a style that is fairly easy to grasp and is completely adaptable for a winning player. If you want to see how to become a korean trendy machine, watch cozy reps. Extremely uninventive but VERY effective.
