IdrA/Skew both have very nice TvZ.

Love plays ZvZ when he wants to win or try.. although his TvZ is fine as well. Strelok has a great TvZ. But I'd say some other good bets are Ret (He tvz's) and Haypro (He tvz's as well).

Those are the tops.

Love has extremely good TvZ macro and pretty much crap micro; when he lost to paranoid in the RO32 or wahtever it was in the TSL he was miles and miles ahead in all 3 games and then he just lost all his crap to tiny armies and bad control. One game he lost like 45 marines and 6 tanks to 3 lurkers because he forgot to scan again after his first scan ran out and just kept walking into the enemies

and before idiots attack me for saying he has bad micro, i'm sure he has good micro when he's payin attention but he doesnt seem to pay that much attention

he comes across as someone who doesnt really care what he's doing when he's playin

Its not that Love has bad micro, he has been out of the BW scene for quite some time and started practicing during the ladder stage. I highly recommend watching any of his games, looking at his match list you can see he plays more Koreans than any other player (at least that I could find). I personally thought he had a great chance to get top5 easily, next TSL watch out for Love if he keeps his training up.

A few years back mentioning Love and Strelok in the same sentence would be considered sin. In his prime he could have easily won the TSL.

Hmm this isn't too old, so I'll bump. Plus, maybe someone who hasn't noticed it will see it.

I'm looking for a strong TvPer. Same as what Seraphim was asking, but for TvP.
Strelok and Brat_ok are my guesses, but I would like someone elses input who knows foreigner strengths better than me.

Rets ZvT is the most similar to the the style pro gamers use, with good micro and pretty good macro.

Gosia looks impressive because of his mass drone/macro style, but his style is to macro heavy imo.

Mondragon played almost no T's and the games he played were more him out strating/beating smart then his oppts then due to great micro/macro.... Mondragons ZvT is impossible to learn much from because it is so based on his feel for the game (alot like his ZvP).

Machine has a few impressive ZvT's but he is to safe sometimes

Incontrol is probably the best for any C- or lower zerg to learn from. Very straight foward ... no complication style. Macro/Timming heavy and not very reliant on muta. Much easier style for players to imulate then Rets.

Overall in terms of skill ZvT I would rate them in this order ... Ret,Mondragon, Gosia, and control .. ( just my opinion , not based on any fact other then watching, the other zergs I watched very few replays so I can't judge, DinoT is also good I just can't rate him as I only have seen 2-3 reps)

I haven't watched that many of Inc's games from TSL, but of the ones i watched he completely skips Mutas and goes for lurkers --> +1 carapace i think.

Is it really such a good idea for a newbie like me to try and imitate his style? especially since my micro/macro is not very good.
We make signature, then defense it.
