You should seek to remove this thread before you start losing people that regularly visit your site. I mean yeah it doesn't reflect well but not many leave this website because of it. Some people actually come to TL just for that reason. Combat-EX is made fun of a lot here and when I do something I also get humiliated a lot but I still come to TL because I think it's the #1 Starcraft website and it has a lot of really cool people. I mean SC2GG I guess has a much 'nicer' community and they do a lot of hard work for Starcraft and they are also a cool site, but many aspects of it lack compared to what TL has, which is why I've only posted like 3 or 4 times on SC2GG. Chill, for example, has been real nasty to me ever since I offended him in some showmatch he was playing in, but even though Chill is a big bitch he's dedicated and devoted to Starcraft and helping out the community and probably a really cool guy in person. What happens here is just a part of this site, so you gotta learn to live with it  It's the best Starcraft site so they must have some kind of winning formula

Why do so many people on this site care about what Combat EX does?
He is apperently a nub, who cheated his way to B-
So? Seriously, who gives a fuck? That wont make him any better at sc, so why bother?
IN the end, he does a good job for the nubs. Im fairly new to SC and at the beginning, i watched a lot of his vods and learnd from them. Sure, as I progressed, I went on to other sources of info to improve my game, but no one can take away the fact that Combat do good vids for beginners.
So, people need to "Chill" about Combat (rofl, i crack myself up tbh) and just take him for what he is. A kid who got a bit startstruck and couldnt handle his fame.
I think Chill will win this, the mob at tl.net will get satesfied and Combat will go back to owning nubs, and post them for other nubs to learn from.

extrapolating iccup rank, and even moreso abusing are super taboo in the SC community, every player who has ever hacked or abused or anything and got accepted back into the community had to get ripped on nonstop by everyone even when they were playing legit, it's just how it works
you can't just abuse and then be like "ya sorry, won't happen again" he has to go through his period of getting ripped on
this showmatch isn't so see if combat is actually b rank or whatever, it's so we can all watch him lose and then make posts about how much he angers us, basically
edit: also he asks for donations so he can "put it all into starcraft"
seriously what the fuck does that even mean? i've invested $0 dollars into this game other than a $20 battle chest years ago, is he hoping that a bunch of beginner players are going to pay for him to get a new mouse or something? mics aren't that expensive either, adn the one he has now seems to work fine

Generally, dodge is from player A to player B.

B: "..."
we'd need a third party for both to dodge

So there really will be a match? I didn't think Combat-ex really would agree to one, but nice.
I'll be rooting for Chill, and I can't imagine him losing. But a part of me wants to see what will happen to TL.net if Combat-Ex wins. I can already imagine the hundreds of combat FPVODs spread through the strategy section...

I personally hope this match takes place. Its always nice to see guys who we hear about play each other. Most of the people on TL need to relax.... There is alot of people saying "Chill sUcks he dodged me.." or "Combat is a newb who cheated his way to B- yada yada yada..." But im pretty sure Combat and Chill own most of you who are in hear. So just because one person dodged or one cheated doesnt mean they suck on SC. im not a Big fan of combat but i've seen his play and it is good enough to beat alot of people on TL. Chill has great gameplay and always enjoy watching his stuff..
So bottom line. ENOUGH with the hating post your opinion but you dont need to be so damn ignorant.
Lets hope this match happens and may the best gamer win... and if it is combat and IF YOUR ARE READING THIS COMBAT. Dont be a Homo/Fag/Bitch and post in your VPODs how u owned TL etc...... just do a simple gg and respect.

well it's pretty common for people to come in and act like they are more mature and compassionate than the rest of us, standing up for combat-ex and acting like TL is just a big cluster of bullies picking on a kid for no reason, and those people always have between 1 and 100 posts. Usually because theyn searched teamliquid after hearing about their teacher getting bashed and now they're here in shining armour to defend him.
