Yes I know he won the LG 3D thing but lets be honest he's not even in Code A and his path to LG3D wasn't exactly the hardest road. 2-1 Taeja 2-1 Younghwa 2-1 Smart 3-2 sC Real impressive. Yes I've seen him play, but a few good games don't make a champion, I'm sure his win percentage looks impressive to everyone who doesn't realize that this guy's TLPD 20-6 record would look a lot less impressive if you included all his failed GSL qualifier runs. Yes he's good vs Terran (in bo1s), but that's not going to save him when Huk, Naniwa, HayprO is on the menu. I would even bet that TLO's off-style is going to perform well against him. I'm going to go out on a limb and say this guy does terrible. I agree to be honest, the guy is a beast in the team league format. He hasnt really faced off against a good protoss really except for when he all in'd MC. But in a best of 3 i think a good protoss will take him out. Hero took him out in the qualifiers. I say its no different in this tournament a good protoss will kick him to the curb. Edit: Why the hell does everyone in the GSTL keep sending out terrans against this guy? Im actually astonished when i see them send out terran after terran to get slaughtered.

His Liquipedia is almost empty, I don't think I've ever seen a TL post about him until this week, and I've never seen him play an anything before. He's going against people who compete consistently in Code S, people who have crushed previous MLG events (Naniwa, Dallas, 26-2), and people who have been competing in live tournaments for ages. Even if he wins, it's going to be anything but easy. Why would you even comment if you don't watch GSL?

DRG is really good versus Protoss and being good in the team league suggests he'd be amazing in the MLG format as both give minimal preperation for specific players. I love when dumb people just blindly assume things based on no evindence that because he lost one ZvP that any Protoss can beat him even though he is 6-2 vs Protoss beating MC, Hero and Younghwa and from all sources is considered sick good, Huk said as much on SOTG. Koreans always own at LAN's, it's the height of esports stupidity to bet against Koreans, especially when they're really, really fucking good like DRG is.

Based on recent results, I don't expect ppl who don't live in Korea to place top3. Last mlg/dh kinda have started to make me think not even idra has decent chance against them.
