It looks a lot more professional, to be sure, but somehow, I feel like it's just not the same. I do approve of keeping the old picture in the background thought - it was a nice touch.

I like everything, the banner is awesome, the way the left side of the site looks, the font is very slick and suave. My only complaint is I hate drop down menu's for the buttons right under the banner. I like regular buttons over drop down buttons. Esp if I'm viewing from my iphone, but whatever I guess.

I think the new one will help draw more people in. When telling my friends to visit here as they get in SC2 I get some crazy looks and comments later. "What kind of site are you sending me to......." But now it looks professional and fantastic! New fan base for sure as I continue to point people here, the mecca for SC!

Love the new layout.

While I had nothing against the old layout, I definitely agree to newcomers at first glance (it even deterred me from the site for years) viewed it as pretty tacky and outdated (no offense!) regardless of the significance it has to old-school members.

The new one is sooo much more slick/classy plus it still has the horse aspects to it!

I totally agree with this. For some weird reason my brain can't get used to the search function on the right and it feels awkward.
