Idk what you're reading, but I'm not reading any bashing until this post about "vets bashing new posters." I basically see vets being surprised at how many people don't know what TL attack is. For people who don't know TL attack, watch it on Youtube. ^_^ It's great, hahaha.

Out of those ten pages I just read through, hoping to find an informative link or a description I failed to do so. Granted I found clues - vague clues - and could probably guess what TL Attack is, but not with any details about it. Yes, your community grew with SC2 - be happy and accept us, don't be elitists. =] Now, how about a description or a link for apparently 60% of the community who have no idea? ^^ Here you go. Honestly? There's less than a page of threads about TL Attack when you search, and most of them are clearly labeled "Episode 1", etc. You shouldn't need someone to spoon-feed you a link. I think I'm perfectly justified in being a little upset that new posters haven't taken the time to learn more about this community. As I mentioned before, there aren't THAT many events that TL itself hosted streamed over its own stream, and I would argue that TSL and TL Attack were two of the more prominent ones. Particularly with beta being offline, I would think some of the newer members should have taken the time to watch the old VODs.

Let's do the same. Pit gosu SC2 players against 2-4 simultaneous opponents. There are several ways to set this up. The simplest setup would use four computers controlled through the same monitor, keyboard and mouse via a 4-way KVM switch.

Wouldn't you have to pause SCII like every minute to get the same effect? Cuz chess masters play 1 play at a time and move on. We can't exactly do that in SC, lol. Move one unit and go on. :D

TL Attack, 2008. Most members join 2010. The shock results from TL "insiders" imagining that their past events were some HUGE thing on the intrawebs, when it was really just a spec in time. Very entertaining, but it wasn't the Olympics. Very easy to "miss" if you're unaware of BroodWar.

Very easy to "miss" if you're unaware of BroodWar. This is teamliquid. People voting in this poll are part of teamliquid. It is shocking to everyone that was around to watch it that people who are a part of this community do not know of TL Attack! because it was a very prominent event in this community's history. If this poll were of all the internet then I would not be surprised at all to see a 99:1 ratio of people not knowing about TL Attack! and those wanting it back.
