Are you trying to say that the sentence doesn't make sense? Because FD and 2fac are clearly very different builds and don't look the same at all. FD is technically "fake double" but no P ever really thinks its a real 2-fac when they see FD... no P's fall for it anymore. Mostly because very few T's actually 2-fac. FD is different than standard double factory. FD moves out with several marines, 1 tank, and rallied mine vultures. The purpose is not to kill but to contain with mines and build a CC and hopefully get the P to expand later because he "fears" a true 2-fac. Ideally what would happen is the P gets scared of 2-fac, builds 2 gates, goons, and robo before taking his expo, and the T is super far ahead in expo timing. But no P actually falls for FD anymore because its such a common build. Nowadays P's see the marines, 1 tank, and vultures and immediately recognize FD and expand, putting them on equal (or slightly ahead) footing with the T. The way a P can tell this is by tank count. A true 2-fac will almost always have 2-3 tanks while a FD only has 1 tank with rallied vultures. So by "faking" an FD, Iris made Bisu think that Iris was making a CC when he was actually going for a true 2fac, 3 tanks + speedmine vultures. Had Bisu known this he would've cut probes or gotten a robo / obs faster or positioned his goons better. Pshhh there weren't any concrete predictions in the OSL semifinals preview so I thought I might as well say what I thought was going to happen. Yes I cover MSL but obviously an OSL title is worth more and its the more interesting league right now because Bisu/Effort are out of the MSL. At least to the average fan at least. To me of course MSL is more interesting because it has two CJ players still alive in it. | ||
