Oh yeah. Queen. They need to play that stuff when sAviOr, Jaedong, and Flash just rip through kids like Rekrul rips through soju. This was a week of just unimaginably strong performances from the usual faces and the not so usual ones. Who knew Notice and go.go could grab an all-kill? Flash almost had two in one week. Nobody can touch sAviOr yet. Honestly, Winner's League is just blowing me away right now. I can't stop watching, and I love it.
This Week at a Glance
CJ Entus continues to roll. Man, is it IdrA? Really..? Something got into their system over at CJ, and they are just storming through Winner's League like its special olympics water polo. OGN is starting to step it up, finally. It's good to see Leta still holding strong. I think his coaches are probably trying to save him for individual leagues, but they still bring him out if they're close to a loss. Probably the right strategy for them. KTF is just.. Flash. What can I say? He's 7-0 this week. Yeah. Seven and zero. Sadly, Ace hasn't been able to keep up their early performances. They are showing really strong games and it is awesome to see Reach getting wins again, but I don't think anyone expects them to truly contend. eSTRO continues to feed. They are doing the same thing as their Proleague form, winning games but losing matches. I'm already getting excited for a sAviOr, Flash, Jaedong, Leta showdown in the Playoffs. Haha, yeah, we're still a ways from that, but man oh man.
Whoa! Four all kills this week. Some really nice performances from almost all of the terran players. It's hard to recognize the dragons from last year. Are any of them still alive? The stats say they aren't playing too too poorly, but my eyes tell me differently. I just haven't heard anything from anyone but Bisu and .. Free? It's quite surprising to say the least. Does anyone think one or more of the dragons still has fight left in them? I'd love to hear some arguments for keeping them on a fantasy team. They are just wasting space for most people out there and its a shame.
Holy Terran army batman, SIXTEEN TvT matches this week. Thank the lord most (some) of them were decent to watch. The thing that catches my eye the most is the 9-1 T>P stat this week. The only Protoss to win a match against a Terran was Reach against fOrGG on Andromeda. It's a double edged sword I guess. We aren't seeing all that many protoss being sent out on these maps, so their chances for success are just dwindling. Perhaps the coaches are saving them for individual leagues? Do they know these games count? Heh, its going to be interesting down the stretch here. Colosseum II, Destination, Neo Harmony, Rush Hour 3, and even Chupung can said to be Terran maps although the stats don't show it on the last one. Maybe someone needs to start working on a nickname for the top 6 terrans?

Just two incredible players are standing out above the rest at the moment. I had to give you a double dose of Flash and Jaedong. What more can you ask from Starcraft players? Haven't they shown us enough? I think Flash and Jaedong are just so classy, so good, and above all so consistently oppressive against weaker opponents. They can still lose, but man do you have to bring the heat to take them down. I can't WAIT to see the next match any time these guys are out there bringing us such quality entertainment. What must go through the heads of the players that have to play Flash is just.. beyond scary. This guy just looks, frankly.. invincible.

Flash is prone to get caught with weird faces in pics. He is no Bisu or Xellos, but he isn't Shine or gogo. Usually he appears in pics like he has some kind of facial paralysis or something.

Sweet write up, it reminds me of the OSL Group Selection. Everyone just avoided Flash and Jaedong and they were the very last ones to be picked and Jaedong didn't even get to pick anyone!
Top-6 Terrans atm: Guess 6 (Dragon-)Slayers or sth would be approprioate, because they pwn the Dragons atm like they were noobs. ^^'
- Flash: absolutely no doubt about that... - Leta: incredibly strong performance in PL and atm also in individual Leagues... pretty save to say he's in the Top-6 - ForGG: IMO nice performance for quite a long time now, with some minor slumps, nonetheless top-6 without him wouldn't make sense IMO. - Fantasy: Okay, hes not performing well right now (for the past week or so) but he's just such a good player. - Mind: C'mon - without a doubt the best player of WeMade and capable of defeating almost any other player.
The last "Spot" is kinda hard to fill, there are some good Veteran Terrans that are performing quite well, but not really outstanding, although they've been on the scene for quite a while, like UpMagic, Firebathero, Light (okay, he had 3 awesome wins against Top-players, but it's hard to say whether he'll be showing consistent results). And there are of course some "Rookies" like HiyA, go.go and Notice, but it's also really hard to tell how they''ll be performing in the (near) future...

I still think fOrGG is one of the best. Normally I would put him at #2, but he's not played all that much or that well as of late, so Leta gets that spot for the time being.

Still, in that MSL win, he played as good as almost anyone can.

In the last year and a half, Bisu won 3 titles, whereas Jaedong has won 1. I would say Savior and Bisu aren't rivals because Bisu dominates Savior overall, and Savior is from a different era. I'd say Bisu is the anti-Savior. Jaedong/Flash/Bisu are a trio of rivals to me, although JD/Flash only cite each other.

Honestly, except Bisu's PvZ lately (which is irrelevant) they're both on fire right now. It would be really cool to see a showdown between them, a rematch for the gom series.
and of course 3 more wins in the overall record say nothing about who the favorite would be right now, but I just like to say negative shit about Bisu on every occasion

JD won GOM MSL (1 thing), WCG Korea (not counting this), and an OSL a year and 3 months ago.
Bisu won GOM classic, 2 MSLs, and an MSL in July '07 a year and 7 months ago.
My point is, that even though Flash is 3 victories ahead of Bisu in their personal score, one of them was a really strange cheese when Flash had the advantage of being a nobody. He DOESN'T deserve credit for this. I think the only favorite between Flash and Bisu right now would be a biased personal choice.
I think both Flash and Bisu suck. They're just taking up space before the next Bonjwa comes along. That being said, I hope Jaedong wins vs Bisu, because he's less gay in person.
