I've watched the first 2 games and it seems weird how the overlord from f91 starts going in a different direction, than switches to where JF is. I'm not saying F91 is cheating but it just seemed weird. Anyways gj to both players and I'm going to watch the other replays now.

I was hoping ret would've explained this. Because I've always wondered about the direction in which a person would normally scout with the ovie due to positional imbalance on maps.

Normally when I watch a zerg redirect his overlord, I just assume it's more important to find out of the opponent's from that particular direction.

In ZvP you scout in a direction where you can find the toss natural first not the base.
Example: Othello, you spawn at bottom left, than you gonna scout bottom right. If you spwan at bottom right you go top right and so on. At least i do it this way, and as far as i see most zergs do it like this.

JF is soo overhyped. His goon + reaver risky builds with cutting probes at both bases are so predictable. This is such a hard thing to counter for zerg - it is very well seen in the first game. Even with flanking f91 couldnt kill it. He does it all the time - dimaga, gosia etc. And in normal macro games like 3,4 which represent skill more fairly he just fell apart.

Really nicely done by F91, i expected him to win but not with 4-1.

I think IdrA will beat F91 tho, he's been playing them pro's for a long time now so he kinda has to win.

Also beating YellOw, even tho he's pretty much retired is a good testament to his TvZ

This is true. I often change the direction of my overlord after like a second because it's hard to remember the map layout while doing the split.

I like playing a very "standard" type of Terran so I'm generally always rooting for Idra in these kinds of matches. I also want all the naysayers to eat their words. He always has so much pressure and expectations of him since he's practicing on a pro team that people talk so much trash when he loses.

Nothing against F91 but I hope Idra wtfrapes him in dominant fashion.

it was the WWI. I think it was bo1 tho so that doesn't mean a whole lot.
I'm looking forward to seeing how much idra has improved now. Haven't seen anything from him since he joined CJ.

Nah he won 2-0 vs YellOw, both straight up games.

I'm really looking forward to the next Liquibation, sorry if I missed it, but any idea on when it is?

I was kind of disappointed by JF's play but good games nevertheless.
