And for your information upgrades dont win PvZ, especially as Dinot did have his upgrades pretty well managed. No lings is not the way to ZvP though. | ||

From the start it looked like Dinot was just on another level. JF played really sloppy on Andromeda, apparently his best map and then when he lost on Wuthering to a simple tech switch I thought it was all over. Somehow JF managed to compose himself and bring out the dominant play we all expect. But also Dinot changed his style a little bit; he seemed to lose his strong macro, his game sense got sloppy and he was playing like a man that just wanted the games to end rather than someone who really believed they could win. Nonetheless, it made for some epic games and combined with the really cool casting an awesome Liquibition. It's a shame the Zerg lost, but we can't get everything we want can we? :p | ||

What..JF got the island way before you wrote it, and was in the middle of warping the mineral only Nexus. If Dinot stopped the mass hydra, JF would have taken the mineral only much earlier and would have rolled him over. Dinot could not win after losing 12 drones like that. I appreciate your information that upgrades don't win games, but it certainly is a huge deal. 2+ Weapon Protoss verses 0-0-0 Zerg is not pretty. (Dinot did not manage upgrades, he got two evos a couple minutes before JF attacked) There's no way Zerg can win from that position. | ||

How can you deny this? lol When Dealer posted, JF had the island running and warping the fourth Nexus at mineral only. Dinot was running on three bases, with the fourth hatchery finished and unmined. JF was far ahead in upgrades. It was only a matter of time before JF broke out and rolled Dinot tover | ||

You fail to see that it takes him quite a while to even gain the 20 cannons he put down? I probably know more about PvZ then you ever will, i can honestly say and back it up that there was a time when i didnt lose to any protoss in the world, granted the matchup was horribly imbalanced at that time and there are hundreds of other zergs that were in the same seat. If you are unable to understand my words, having one of the best foreign ZvPers back them up should at least give you a hint. I dont deny the result, but in my eyes it was mainly Dinots mistakes that led to it. | ||
