This is a great feature, unfortunately it's the first(not last) one I'm going to listen to but I really need the update on proleague since I'm such a failure at following teams as opposed to individual players.

I enjoyed the podcast, thanks for doing it. Why so much hate on Stork though? What about his playstyle makes him less legit than players you like?

I like the addition of FakeSteve, I hope he can be a regular contributor to the podcast, cuz the guy is really passionate about sc and watches so many games.

instead of talking about who your favourite players are, I'd like to hear who you guys feel are the best up and coming players from each race. Hard stuff to predict, but I really think a guy like EffOrt is leading the Z charge. From T, I think Dream.T)SaiR is looking really good, and from P, I guess I'd say Shuttle.. just because I can't think of anyone else.

Really enjoyed Fakesteve in this, he knows so much, can remember every game played and provides a pretty good analysis. Hope he sticks around and gets a full time spot. Chill + Fakesteve would be sweet.

btw, iloveoov is a bad proleague coach maybe? i'm not willing to believe that having so many players in individual leagues is an excuse for making those horrible ace match decisions. what is oov thinking? t.t

A couple things should be clarified. Oov and Kingdom are not head coaches. They do not make the call on line up but they probably have a bit of influence. The line up call comes from the Head Coach which is they guy they always zoom in on (SKT1 coach has frizzy thinning hair).
There is two schools of thought on player line ups in my opinion
a) You take the Lecaf/Khan route and put your best players up every week and dominate consistently and end up winning PL no problem
b) You mix in some of your new shittier players to give them experience early on even at the risk of losing the match in order to build a stronger team all around (and develop players for the future). I often see this early in the season.
The problem with Canata is that he has shit performance in live matches but he is not a new player. He will likely retire with Midas in a year or so and the team gains NOTHING from putting him into an ace match especially when its pretty obvious who STX will send out. Had they sent out a newer SKT player i could have argued in the coaches favor that he was putting the pressure on to see how player x could react and potentially pull out a sick win (OGN did this recently). Canata has nothing to gain mentally because he has been a ringer for a while now and is not going to benefit his fading career or his team with a high pressure clutch match.

Fakesteve and Rage are more than excellent replacement's for Chill, nice to hear views from some other people as well. Not a bad idea to keep mixing it up a bit.
And I like the podcasts, they actually keep me awake in the train.

btw: I'm pretty sure they sent out Canata because they expected Hwasin. And everyone knows about Canata's insane TvT.
Analysis was more just team/player/stork bashing. t.t
Overall, I still liked listening to it. Kills time really fast.

Anyway, I love it. My only gripe is with the volume, as it's a bit quieter than average music volume. Easy to adjust on my side of course, but if it was ~30% louder to begin with, that would be awesome.

yes, i agree we could probably do this and we'd even get some listeners, but TL's style is never to release a half-assed project or something that isn't us putting out our full effort. While mediocre podcast might be better than no podcast, it isn't consistent with how we do things.
