Well, wishful thinking's fine and all, but it ain't true. Savior has an overwhelming lead in their encounters. I'm happy for Bisu though, Protoss is finally getting some time in the sun.
Jaedong's takedown of Nada in the first game is also noteworthy. Like a lot of people have said, the #1 and 2 haven't done well at all in this super fight.

Some ok games, I don't know what to make of these maps though. I kinda think the tri-pathway map is cool but if all 3 of these go to the big leagues hmm; [ Wouldn't like that since the theme of these maps seems to be "claustrophobic."

there's a couple of things i wanted from this tournament. 1stly for protoss to win the whole thing and 2ndly for savior to rise up again after his recent losses vs bisu and especially nada - nada saying that saviors no longer a feared entity anymore really bit me up inside. unfortunately the later didn't come true but wow, was this not the best superfight ever? i got far more than expected! cheese, crazy close games, P > T > Z > P theory completely tossed out the window, etc etc. throughly entertaining to say the least. highlights for me were jaedong vs nada and bisu vs nada. sure nada went 0-2 but his games were very entertaining and definitely not easy beats that's for sure. kinda disappointing from savior. i only hope he can get back up on his horse in time for the OSL and MSL seasons. as for bisu, woah. way to take down kespa's #1 and #2. i know this is gay, but i'm glad the new protoss king is good looking. imagine if stork was the protoss poster boy? heh
I think we can all come to the safe conclusion that all these maps are FUCKING GARBAGE. They're not really going to be in the next Starleagues/Proleague are they?! The combination of... 1) Shitty maps 2) Inferior announcers 3) Players not knowing what to do on maps so shitty ...made this the most boring SuperFight so far. All in all, I'm disappointed, and not just because Savior got reamed hard. There really weren't that many good games this time around . And it makes me double sad that there's a question of legitimacy when Protoss finally dominates again. ODT will be the real proving grounds. I can't wait for that.
