Unfortunately, I didn't see many games of his due to my late arrival to the sc scene yet I still feel incredibly sad... May you have fun on the other side Violet.

I came to TL today to have some fun and I end up finding this. I am now in tears. Life is so god damn unfair. The nicest most hard working guy has to be taken from us at such a young age. This whole ordeal reminds me of when I lost my mother. She was battling cancer for 3 years and finally the doctors said she was recovering. Then suddenly in 2 weeks the cancer came back and hit so hard it killed her with no warning. I was 15 at the time and it fucked up my life. I can't even comprehend how it must feel to lose someone this young.

I don't believe in an afterlife but I believe in honoring a persons memory. Violet really was the guy that went above and beyond to please his fans. I wish there was something us TLers could do to show our support to his family and friends. I don't usually get involved in stuff like that but I would definitely do so for this cause. As much as I don't want to bother a grieving family I know that a respectful gesture of appreciation for the person who passed away is about the best thing that a family member can experience. It can even bring moments of happiness into the almost constant sorrow of the days after a loved ones passing.

So sad when human being dies. It is even more sad, when you lose idol and person you spectated for a long time.

People many time ask, "Why do you care that much if someone well known dies, there are a lot of kids in Africa and rest of the world dying?".

That is somehow true, but well known people are loved by their fans and those well known people somehow grow in hearts of fans, that we could equalize their death to someone we lost in our family.

Violet was part of our family. ESports family.

Well bro, you made a great thing with your existance in universe. You left us great memories of you.

Seriously, a disease that came from nowhere and killed young healthy man in one and half year is really, really sad.
That can happen to anyone of us.
