I remember thinking once of chess grandmaster Viktor Korchnoi, "the best player to have never been a WC", who is still raping at 70 something, winning world senior championship. I love chess, I love BW, I can understand you get passionate about either games, but I feel closer to Jinro than to Korchnoi: I don't understand how on earth you can keep the flame burning inside for a game for seventy years; it's beyond me.
