TL is making a big mistake suggesting HerO will 2-0 this group. They hyped him at Blizz Cup last time and we saw what happened to him. When we have Gumiho - a person who puts HerO's multitasking to shame - and he's not the favorite, something is clearly wrong. Even Curious has shown he can go toe-to-toe with Code S players. HerO has been in Code A since forever when it was hard to get into it and is likely not going to make the cut for RO16. It's the harsh truth.

Hero has been on a roll lately, but I don't think he can tak first place in the group. Gumiho is great, plus he seems to be even better when he has the time to prepare for someone.

A very even group, though, Maru and Curious can go through as well. Looking forward to this.

I know we are on TL and we support our own but I don't think that choosing HerO for first place is a really fair prediction. I think both Curious and GuMiHo are unfortunately better players than HerO.

The writers seem pretty objective in their opinions most of the time, not favoring certain teams over others. I agree for the most part with the article HerO is going to advance and it will be a close one between Gumiho and Curious. Most important thing though is I want to see some great games!

From what I seen, Maru can take out Gumiho, but I just don't see Gumiho losing to HerO and Curious..

Doesn't seem like I missed much by not watchiing yesterday's games. Don't really have anything to do for the next 1,5 hours, so I might as well watch some VODs. Thanks for the recap.

Now, today's games will certainly be at least a bit better. Love seeing GumiHo and HerO play, and Maru was pretty fun to watch in the Up/Down.

I have Gumiho and HerO as well in my LB. I'm really hoping HerO will pull it off! I think this is a hard group to predict though, since all players can be quite volatile...

well i see gumiho beating maru, hero beating curious, then gumiho beating hero, maru beating curious and hero and both terrans getting out. why? because hero is pretty overrated and loses to very strong agression and maru and gumiho have that in spades. and gumiho is too good not to go 2-0 over a nervous kid and a kid with nerves.

My liquibet is GuMiho & Hero advancing to the next round (GuMiho to top the group).

But I honestly wouldn't be at all suprised if Curious topped the group.
