Words cannot even describe how epic this series truly was. I'm not even bullshitting. Everything about it was compelling and sometimes unbelievable. I love watching Starcraft but this clash took the whole concept to a completely different level. From MMAs hero banshee comeback in game 1, to DRGs even more hero comeback in the series after looking to be completely crushed emotionally, setting up the cliche 'you cant write this shit in hollywood' scenario for the final event of the year. And Game 7. Oh my god game 7. I've already rewatched it to revel in its glory. Let's just say about 1/2way through an already unbelievably entertaining game right before a huge engagement Artosis declares 'The game will end soon'. Oh how wrong he was as I, and Im sure many others, spent the next 20minutes with huge shiteating grins on our faces and the sickest SICKEST nerd chills. Oh man the action, the suspense, it was a sublime experience (relatively of course) and it brought me to my feet fist pumping and shouting MMA!! MMA!!! MMA!!!! almost as happy for my NerdBaller as I've ever been for The Cowboys or the Capitals or whatever the fuck sport. Truly transcendent for esports imo. MUST watch for anyone that likes SC enough to visit this site.

PS If you are one of those people dumb enough to boycott GOM b/c of all the silliness you don't deserve to watch these masterpieces. Grow up stop cutting off your nose to spite your face and enjoy by far the highest level play and best product available

MMA 4-1 ezpz

DRG is a great player but not the same level as MMA though only a couple players truly are at his level of greatness.

I do agree with Arceus. The way the article is bashing MC is a bit too much condescending (I like sarcasms but well). It was indeed a fail (though I do think it had some chances to become a succeed) but that was not an ugly match and fans are not supposed to bash this kind of play.

Love the writeup, thanks a lot TL. I honestly hope that DRG wins, but who knows against MMA. It would be nice to see it go 4-3, either way, that would be a fun watch.

As for the Nani poster and .gif, well, it was amusing at the time, but I don't support #occupygom, and I believe that GOM made the right choice in kicking him off Code-S. Partially because it lets IdrA play, but mostly because I really wanted to see another game of his vs NesTea.
