InCa is 0-3 international PvP, 81% Korean scene PvP, they probably only look at international when they say he's best PvP. Actually I just noticed  HerO has 74% PvP win rate, so he's a little higher than Elfi, but w/e Elfi is one of the best. | ||

I am assuming he did not consider HerO's sample size high enough. But yeah, either way elfi has a great winrate. | ||
