However he´s an esports profile, he's definatley not in it for the money, he's been working with esports for years now, commentating some of the biggest CS, WoW, Quake events in the world. And also helped develope the esports game bloodline champhions etc. He just goes to what-ever game has the most money in it (similar to Carmac). As far as I know, he doesn't even play or even like Starcraft to any degree, just tries to make a quick buck from it by throwing out some insults and not really caring. Have your for example seen 2GD do anything at all related to Starcraft that he isn't payed for? As I said, he was (and is) decent when it comes to his involvement in Quake and casting that. But his lack of interest in SC2 really shines through when-ever he does something related to Starcraft. Much better to use people who are really passionate about the game instead then, such as Day9 or Husky. Wheat is another example of someone who comes from the Quake community yet has switched over to Starcraft, he on the other hand does care about the game though and is eager to learn anything he can. While on the "eyebrows"-suject. DongRaeGu looks and acts a bit like the "fuzzy eyebrows"-character in Naruto (Rock Lee), he also seems to practice very hard.

Just look at MLG, they have like 10 peeps on each stream sitting and fibbling around with stuff and they have hours of downtime, while DH.inv (with like 2-3 volunteers!) only used the time needed for the players to get setup, bathroom breaks for the players and nothing more. Sorry for being "that guy" but as a swede I need to protect my dearest event. ![]() PS. Not knowing who 2GD is, wtf man? Are you living under a rock or something? Indeed, the downtime was non-existent to MLG's.

Not the best write-up by Waxangel, but still enjoyed reading it.

DRG opened up against the Spanish qualifier winner Lucifron... which is not OK and was not a nice thing to do to poor Lucifron. I really don't get this. In all tournaments, the best thing that can happen is that the best player faces the worst player in the first rounds, it makes the seed perfect. It makes it so the best players are around to for last, opening up for more and more exciting matches the further the tournament goes. So could you please explain why it is "not OK" to have seeds in a tournament or to have the best and worst player face off early. Do you prefer to have the better players, such as Thorzain and DRG, knock each other out in the first round and the lesser players stay around for longer? For it sounds very odd for a website dedicated to competitive Starcraft 2 play to complain about that in an official staff post. As it is the ground for all competitive play in all sports.

To be fair, 2GD on SC2 events is just for the laughs and such. Everyone knows he doesn't play it at all, but we like his dry sense of humor.

Well its some European tournament... they always get a delayed article..... Only MLG gets a write-up within a week. Hmmm... I wonder how much Sundance pays TL writers to get info about his show faster ^^
