Even though I'm not an EG fan, I'm still a HuK fan. I'll still cherish my picture and my signatures from Liquid´HuK and I'll keep supporting you, Chris ^^ HuK fighting! Give it all at IEM!

They may not be as financially solid, but they're better men, all around. I'll wish HuK the best in his exploits with EG... but I won't root for him anymore. EG is just about money and ego, not skill and respect like the Liquid players. Nothing left to add.

That sums most of the people's reaction to this team transfer. What matters is the player's choice and their happiness, in my heart, huk will still be the best protoss player <3

Actually its not at all, how his career progresses from here is up to him. He's making good money traveling the world playing a game he loves. I'm really happy for him and I'm glad he took this opportunity, hopefully its all for the best.

Stop being ignorant, and try to understand HIS point of view. As a pro-gamer, for Liquid he was probably making a very limited amount of money. (no offense intended to Liquid at all). But seriously we are talking about a hugely intelligent guy who plays SC2 not for the money, but for the fun of it as a career. Most Sc2 players would make way more/easier money with a real profession, but they are living the dream. You can't be a pro-gamer forever though. One day Huk will have to go out and get a real job. Why not cash in on his dream now as much as he can? EG is known for paying the best among Foreign pro-teams, and for Huk to leave I am sure he received a considerable upgrade in pay. EG buys the best players, because its easier to sponsor a winning team. They bought IdrA after his major wins for NA, now they did the same for Huk. I just dont understand how people can let this negatively affect their opinion of Huk. If you have ever had to work/pay bills you would understand exactly how important money is. People who say money isn't too important are people who were given a large amount of money/people who have no responsibilities of paying for anything. On a side note. GREAT NEWS that idra is going back to Korea. Watching this guy who used to be on an equal level with the Koreans, getting worse and worse the longer he stays in NA is depressing. Glad to see the Gracken going back to Korea to regain his edge.

If you were in his shoes and someone offered you say a 65k salary compared to a 25k salary with a better work environment (maybe he'll love playing for EG just as much as with Liquid) which would you choose (not saying these figures are remotely close or not)? Obvious choice is obvious. I can understand that you are not as big of a fan of HuK now that he is not apart of Liquid because that was one of the main reasons you enjoyed watching him. But to not be a fan anymore just because HE choose to leave is pretty lame. BTW, I never really post. I just lurk around reading the forums and watching streams. One of my first posts ![]() edit: The dude above me beat me to the punch.

He only won one MLG, finished second in IEM cologne, qualified for every single GSL he attended in, won IPL and placed relatively high in other tournaments ? Oh and btw, Demuslim lack of result might have something to do with the fact that he was unable to play for months. But it just might Actually what I said is true. Did I say he immediately slumped , no. But when they picked him he was dominant in foreign scene. Now he is not. Did I say why Demuslim slumped ? No I did not, I know perfectly well about his hand. But those actually do not matter as it was a sarcasm.
