So for the purpose of making the podcast the most that it can be, let me request something that I think a lot of people are thinking but don't want to say: Please replace "Mantra" with somebody else. I was cringing through a large part of the podcast because it was uncomfortable to listen to Mantra, and just as uncomfortable to listen to Day9 do his best to salvage it. I'm sure Mantra is a knowledgeable player, but in terms of his performance in the podcast, he:

In further defense, Mantra is considered a special guest, not a co-host, according to the news post. Also, Mantra's insights to the nascent Starcraft scene were colorful and unique. The only time I felt that he was at a loss was when he had no answer to Day9's closing question. Enough of that. I also want to add that Beta replays can be shared. Maybe I heard wrong, but it seemed like the casters thought this wasn't the case. | ||
