He would if he ever makes into some semi-finals(did he even get into a Ro8?). Him, Light, and Sea are in a group by themselves as great players who always just seem to fail.
Nice writeup. But this interview should give you more insight on Stork vs Hogil game 2.

The build I used at Match point was one that I prepared for Peaks of Baekdu in the past. Block the narrow choke with zealots, place reavers to block the zerg's rush, and run 3 nexuses - it's a refined build from those days. In the past I was unable to use this build because my hands were too slow. I played clumsily and I lost playing like an amateur. I wanted to use the build against KT's Hoejja but the chance never came. It was a build I've been keeping secret for a while.

Hwasin was on top of the game at one point.. GL

I wasn't comparing the two (Rock and Hwasin) in terms of skill but in terms of being a player that simply fills in a Starleague spot and doesn't really ever manage to win anything because he simply isn't good enough.
I know Hwasin was, and still is, quite good but he's basically a definition of a Starleague filler. That's my point. I have no doubt, at all, that he'll make it to the Ro16 of the OSL in straight sets and crash and burn in the Ro16 or Ro8.

ppl betting that geumchi will get passed hwasin
seriously? SERIOUSLY?
an OSL/MSL is not an SL without hwasin in the RO16. If I bet on every SL that Hwasin would make it to the RO16, I could go into fucking retirement in a few years and live off that money for the rest of my life, with some to spare for my children's college education.

"Killer has shown occasionally impressive play, but mostly bitter and sad failures"
Hahaha poor Killer. What do you expect from him, he's living under the shadow of the greatest zerg ever lived.

Hwasin will advance no doubt.

Just FYI, you linked Kal v MVP game 2 twice (incorrectly in your summary for game 3.
Thanks for the recap anyway.

Didn't Hwasin's peak coincide with Midas's peak? I felt Midas was better during the TvZ vs savior era and Hwasin never got a chance to showcase his skills in the Bisu hwasinsurance era. Hwasin was decent but either overshadowed or humbled constantly. Never 'the best'.
