Like I said at the end of the Mafia VII, I think it's within the Town's best interest to vote me as the Mayor.
It's time for change! I'm obviously one of the best candidates. If people would only listen we wouldn't have gotten ourselves in as big a mess as last game.
It is my priority to be more active this game than the last. I hope Qatol will make the proper announcements before posting the Day/Night posts.
With that in mind, here are my qualifications once again:
- Good Instincts/Impulses: I can read people well based on several variables. I'm constantly assessing situations.
- Puppet Master: good leadership. I've set several traps for the mafia and town alike.
- Instrumental Player: other players will vouch for me and with bodyguard aid it's already an uphill battle for the Mafia.
- Good Intel/Informant (detectives will be able to verify this shortly)
- Good Entertainer: I will make this fun.
Why not?
- I'm difficult to read and I think outside of the box. I may or may not always be direct. For example, the way I called out SOG. This can be verified with him. I didn't send anything to Caller once I was dead, but I did send one to SOG asking him if he was going for MVP  Anyway, a Mayor role would allow me to be more direct with the added protection.
Little aside: Everyone has a few tells, but I know how to keep people on their toes. However, I get right to the point. You won't have to read long posts from me.
- Normally I play on a need to know basis. In other words, I will only share info that is confirmed.

Look, I have great intuition. I've taken several courses on the Mystery Novel and I've watched/participated in a fair share of murder mysteries/who dun it's. Hell, I even walked in on the guy getting into his ape costume as me and my brother were snooping around the premise, "GOT YA!"
I'm one of the best assets this town has. If I don't get proper protection then all would be lost. You won't have my skills to use.

Where did I ever say that's the way I would lead the town? My post addresses two things:
- I'm running for Mayor
- skills I've used in previous TL Mafia games.
In other words, it doesn't address my platform. As Mayor, I will be able to micro-manage our assets accordingly and transparency is the ultimate sacrifice someone has to make in that role. It is detrimental to a Town victory. I'm very familar with the role.
I have no intention relying on 1-2 players at all. I always switch up strategies, regardless of role.
Mayors have to share everything they got. It forces me to keep no Aces in the hole.

Cause and effect my friend!
There's a reason behind everything. To the naked eye some of the stuff I do might look sloppy, but I assure you there is a rational explanation for what I do.
I was going to make a blog about my posting behaviour between every game so players could get further insight into what I was thinking and how I pulled other players strings. Then I realized it would take far too long unless I kept an up-to-date dairy of every move I made.
Make no mistake, in a Mayor role there will be no confusion.
As I mentioned before, the last post was with regards to my skills I used from previous games. My strengths far outweigh any weakness I may have. Plus the Pardoner is there for a reason. Heck you even said it yourself.

I don't see what some of you are getting at.
I made similar moves in two mafia games and that's it. I alternate my strategy from game to game and role to role.
There are two miscues that I can think of off the top of my head.
- Not PMing Amber[Light]. Intuition told me he was hitting me and I didn't do anything about it. Damn Zombies.
- Telling Qatol my role. I knew the Town was fucked to begin with. From SOG's posting behavior to Ver's 'inactivity' (add me to your MSN douche), etc. Either way, like I said it didn't matter. In every game I die off faster to Ver and my information gets lost. Do we really want this to happen again?
As of right now, none of the candidates look promising especially those saying, "Hey, I'm fine with number 2!"
You should avoid any fishy business because that will get the Town nowhere. We don't want deja vu with a Ver bandwagon train. I'll hold off from voting for now.

Sure. It took the guy a while to post. The mods would most likely kill him off anyway for inactivity. I discussed it with Ver amongst others. nemY is a strong candidate for the black role. That card has been used before by the VI.
I would like to hear Ace/Ver's rationale behind it.

Ace is right with regards to the fake DT RCing. It won't go away anytime soon. As for the whole medic protection list. Let's be clear. There are only two of you and about twenty people to protect. I just did a 13 hour shift and come home to see this shit: Ver committing suicide when I asked him not to; Ace getting lynched and now some scallywags decide to call me out when they KNOW I'm at work and they KNOW I make most of my moves behind the scenes. TL played a joke once on a TL Admin after he was the only one to lose in the showmatch between TL and GG. They changed his icon to that for a few days and it was funny as hell. That's only if you are in fact green.

Last Romantic got a FAIL icon attached to his name for being the only Admin to lose to GG.net in a Starcraft showmatch they had. It was within the last 6 months so it is fairly recent.

If only you guys weren’t picking at each other’s throats you would have figured us out easily through basic clue interpretation all along even if it was unintentional. Yes many red herrings actually led indirectly to us whether it was intended or not.
FYI Qatol was going to call the game anyway if two townies died during this DL. Simple right? We’ve been playing various circles all along and yet 3 of our mafia members were AFK for more than 3 hours before the final vote. MBH appeared online for two seconds around 10:14, but then mysteriously disappeared. Vivi57 came online at 10:31 without even casting a single vote and he knew he was on the block. Scamp said he would be on around one hour before voting closed and he’s nowhere to be found.

MTF was right all along. The Mafia had the vote all along and somehow we miraculously fuck it all up. Sound familiar? Fuck, I don’t know where to begin with all you guys.

Runner Up: Caller – I knew he would give himself up eventually because he doesn’t know how to shut the fuck up. He even blatantly gave me away with his Puppet Master pic.
Worst Mafia: Vivi57 and Scamp – 10:31 and you don’t even think to vote until then? We had this in the bag and it took three of you to be inactive. Yes, it is MBH fault too. -_-

In reality, we didn't have to do anything. Sniping is pretty easy when you have Matt (MBH) on your side. He got every fricking blue right. Our clue/behavioural analysis was very thorough and concrete. We spoke at length about Lucas and MM, but I must admit. Those hits were a fluke. I told all of the boys that we would be lucky to get 1 blue out of three. We just so happened to hit all 3.
If you see a lot of blues go down. You can be certain MBH is red. On paper we had a very strong mix of players.

Matt not only knew who was blue (with the exception of Lucas and MM because there was no way of telling they were BGs), but he knew their exact role.
Originally we were going to get Heavon and Tricode. 9v6 or 8v6 (with Cam Modkilled). Do the math and look who was left.
It would have been easy. We had everything planned out, so don't give me that whole 'you were far from winning shit.' Qatol was going to end the game as long as we lynched off two greens. End of story. There were too many mishaps and all of us were sick and tired of it.

Once again: Qatol, LTT and I just wanted the buffoonery to end. There was no need to drag it out any longer, especially with the last fuck up coming from our side. All Vivi and MBH had to do was vote. Too many players were totally clueless. I told Qatol if he wasn't going to call it, I was. This game was nothing short of embarassing.
