Since mafia killing power is 1, and we still have 1 paramedic left. It should be safe for the detective to show himself.
If the Jack and the detective haven’t already been talking, Jack should PM the Detective and sort out their findings and eliminate known innocents.
After eliminating the known innocents, I would recommend a systematical search like the following:
Suppose there are 24 suspected players left:
Day/Night 6
Divide votes into 3 groups - #1-8, #9-16, #17-24.
Detective check #1-8, Jack check #9-16. By default, we would know about #17-24.
We then clear at least 8, possibly 16 players.
Day/Night 7
Since Jack can’t use his DT power, divide votes into 2 groups and check
You get the drill.

I really don't think Chuiu intended for the clues to be setup this way (although I flipped out when I saw this first Day post). It was merely a coincidence that the clues wound up like this.

I think the best bet is for the medic to speak up first, to ensure he's active.

With the voting record as high as last day, it's pretty safe to say that the medic is probably active.

I got word from an alleged detective. According to him, he rolechecked Plexa.

Ok, so 1st on the target is plexa, (vigis gogo), if he turns up green, then vote for the alleged detective, if that guy turns up green, we vote for you. What worries me is if this is a last gasp mafia ploy where the mafia roleclaims someone knowing vigis will finish the job for them and also kill you kh before you can tell who gave you the false info. I think i am being paranoid, but just as a precaution, perhaps a a medic can give a protect to kh tonight.
