The late Plexa claimed Mr.Brown was indecipherable in speaking link pg.287, but cites Day 3 where Mr.Brown spoke to Fishball.

Fishball was stricken with fear, he got on his knees and begged for their mercy. Mr. Pink said something to Mr. Brown and instead of shooting Fishball, they viciously beat him till he fell unconscious. Fishball died a few hours later to internal bleeding. link pg.148
So, perhaps Mr. Brown is able to speak? Seems like he is indecipherable when he's yelling, rather than just speaking normally. Also, I've noticed he hasn't appeared since Day 8 and his former killing partner Mr. Pink (presumed to be LTT) went on killing without him; is it possible we may have lynched Mr. Brown and attributed someone else as him? Sorry, I'd keep going with this, but I've run out of time and have to go

I did, and it said 'x' lynches, was not sure of the total used.

I could try to but I don't know how I'd be able to go far back enough.
My quote at the beginning of the game was Kerrigan's quote from that Starcraft 2 movie
