This is exactly how I would play the early game as mafia.

Distancing with a small bus on my teamates, while not pushing for them to be lynched.

It is basically the reason Rels is in the possible scum basket for me.

Everytime I interact with him or follow his logic and thought processes he seems town.

But that is true of the best mafia players.
