If palmar is town, then I guess Jat can't be mafia because why would he not swap onto town!trfel when it was easy to do so and would prevent him from copping heat.
If palmar is mafia then I can see Mafia being slow to switch around because they want credit for the bus, which I think implicates Jat and Rels a bit.
