I always let others look at players like marv (same category as Hapa). I don't why I have this categories or what places a player in them. Most of my reads are intuitive. Why I don't make cases. A pattern is a pattern regardless of intention, there could be something deeper that you aren't accounting for - posting style, newness, etc. For my part I think it's probably posting style - most of the girls I've seen on here post in a similar gives-no-fucks sort of way that comes across as scummy to veteran players who think that you SHOULD give a fuck about what they say XD I'm guilty of that shit too, it's something I'm trying to be cognizant of - not liking someone's posting style isn't scummy, and "removing chaff", or removing people you can't read because of their posting style, while arguably improving thread readability, doesn't do anything toward the goal of finding mafia in a time-sensitive game. So it's better to just try and get a read on their alignment if you can, factoring in that they might just be posting in a way you don't like as town. | ||

Copcake deserved to get lynched for her initial misplay but was ungodly resilient (which is absolutely a credit to her). I wasn't kidding when I said you guys let unjustified claims go for no reason. I really think town dropped the ball on this one. You guys care so much about feels shit that when someone straight up TMI's you're quicker to accuse the already vindicated accuser of sexism (softly but still) before you accept it's a good read. DMB was not DP's first choice, nor his second. He defended DMB at the end and did not want her lynched, but town momentum had nowhere else to go at this point. Sexism and implicit bias can definitely be a problem. Hell, DP might even have it somewhere deep down. But what transpired isn't evidence of such. Bad VE. DMB you get a pass though for being an obs hero. | ||

The dynamics when couples play this game are always a bit hellish. It‘s really hard to keep game integrity in balance with being and not being a dick when the situation requires it, goes for me too. Or when someone‘s going through personal troubles. Wish you all the best Slam, holler if/when in Tyrol. This country is a village, much like Finland probably. | ||
