It‘s a bit complicated as it‘s a 50/50 property and I‘d like to sell it because I don‘t have the income to maintain it while the other party that owns the other half and occupies the bottom floor lives off subsidies and makes me go into debt to have me do what they want instead of agreeing to sell together.
So I‘d need a bunch of capital to force a sale which I don‘t have.
Or to buy their half and kick them out and make an air bnb out of it or something.
(Or rather live in it and/or have two stores available for rental as this place faces a constant lack of housing for workers)
