Months? I thought the tour has been only several days so far. . . Unless it is happening again. Perhaps for some 7 days has been 21 days. . Or perhaps worse for others... is that what happens to Jock and now Holyflare? The island plays tricks on the mind some times.

Maybe I misunderstand your definition of tour here. But I expected nothing less when adventuring. When do you tour me?

But the only way they could stop it is by using the methods that they claimed to be against once, and so, history will repeat itself unless the masses realize just who's been governing and steering them.

And no, they don't refer to themselves as humans. They are more similar to the AIs, and I don't think you can stop them, because humanity is becoming them by design.

So yeah...Being among the best also enables you to be among the worst in terms of what we could consider today's moral guides. But in a position of leadership, 'first do no harm' is almost always unattainable, so you get those who don't plan on following through with that rule.

Conversely, how do you build a leaderless society that doesn't cause harm? By delegating the job to an actual machine and hope it doesn't go insane.
