It is believed that the nuclear wars between the USSR and North Korea are causing global warming in abdundance, despite nuclear weapons producing no significant amount of greenhouse gases or the fact that if anything the increase of dust in the atmosphere should contribute to a cooling effect. Scientists are still working to figure out what is going on. Refugee Crisis in Europe Solved? For reasons unknown, ever since the change in leadership in the USSR, refugees from Europe have simply picked up and left, now streaming into the Soviet Union en masse. There is no explanation for this activity and when asked, the refugees seem unsure and absent minded themselves about why they have chosen the great union over their previous destination of Europe. Following the unexpected solution to the refugee crisis, European leaders are finally united enough to organize for a democratic Election. More on that later. President GlowingBear is expected to run again, but it is not yet clear if anyone will mount a serious challenge to him.
